This cosy 26 sq. m studio apartment, with a tasteful decoration, is located on the 6th floor (with lift) with a view on the roofs of Biarritz and the ocean and is composed of :
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a pull-down bed,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

## Neighborhood

This beautiful studio is ideally located close to the beaches, a few steps from the casino. You will be able to discover the city without ever taking the transport: the beach is at 5 min, the Halles at 5 min, the Aquarium at 15 min.
You will be right in the centre of town, and will be able to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Don't hesitate to try surfing, the beaches of Biarritz are famous for this sport!

From the train station → 20 min by transport or 10 min by car
From the airport → 15 min by transport or 5 min by car

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing you the keys.
