This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Charleston gem

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Communication with the host was easy and smooth from start to finish; they were responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was ideal for our group of four—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Great location!

We had an overall fantastic stay! Communication with YourPAD was amazing! Probably the best I’ve dealt with on VRBO. The place was very clean, everything worked, fully stocked with everything we needed. Location was awesome, very walkable, and close to coffee shops and restaurants. The only “negatives”, as another guest said, there is no where to place your luggage other than the floor. Being a family of four, we had bags all over, even into the family room. With that being said, I think the space is maximized the best it can. We would def stay here again!

The apartment was spotless. All messages from the host were timely and provided all of the information we needed to ensure we had a successful visit. The fixtures and furnishings were darling and the beds very comfortable.

Charleston Getaway

Family trip to see our Son's Citadel Rec Day Ceremonies. The Location was excellent. The room was great! Our only wish would be for TVs in both bedrooms.

Comfort and Location

Cute place

Place is very cute and clean. The living area is small but lots to do in the area so we didn’t spend much time inside. King street is walkable but plan on about a mile walk to most stores. Host responds quickly and check in and out were very easy.

Spring visit to Charleston in February

My spouse and I had a wonderful visit to Charleston. The Vrbo was very nice and we both slept very comfortably in the king bed and loved the large shower. We also loved the spacious parking at the Vrbo since that is very hard to get in Charleston.

Great Charleston Homebase

This 2 bed 2 bath apartment was perfect for exploring in and around Charleston. As our kids get older sharing a hotel room and bath is not enjoyable. This place had plenty of space, good parking, and convenient location.

Very cute property

The property was a perfect size for two friends. We loved the dishwasher and refrigerator style. Things were generally quiet in the neighborhood. It was a close drive to restaurants and attractions in Charleston. The beds were very comfortable.

Southern charm in Spring Street!

This was a cute, cozy, affordable place to stay in Charleston. It was clean and had everything we needed. It’s about a 20 minute walk to King Street. The property manager was responsive, very helpful, and kind.

Delightful

I can’t say enough about how pleasant my stay at this beautiful wildcat immaculately clean Home was it was centrally located. It was on a quiet street. We specifically did not want to be on King Street, but it was with walking distance of everything we needed. We enjoyed the Mexican outdoor patio down the street and the little grocery store. I would definitely recommend this as a fabulous location if you are visiting Charleston.

26th Girls Trip

We are 77 year old school friends. This is our 26th trip together. We loved visiting beautiful Charleston with all of its history and charm. We loved our condo. It was charmingly decorated with a little European flare. Everything was wonderfully updated with a modern kitchen and two baths. We were very comfortable. I do have to say the steps up to the second floor were a little daunting. But if we three 77 year olds could get our luggage up then I would think most people could. The location was great, certainly walkable to the center of things. There was plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this rental.

RENT WITH CAUTION!!

Girls trip to Charleston!! Received a call at 4:15pm from YOURPAD telling me they we are unable to check in TODAY due to the previous guests smoking in the unit! We were given 2 options: Find a new place to stay OR move to an “UPGRADED” unit (same owner) free of charge. We chose the upgrade- BIG MISTAKE!! It was a 2 Bed, 1 bath. The 2nd bedroom was unusable, located at the top of a spiral staircase and 86 degrees! Due to the situation, our guest had to re-locate to a local friend’s house for the evening. The unit was dark, dingy and had broken down cars and construction vehicles surrounding it. Definitely not comparable to the original by any means! We had to quickly re-route our luggage delivery, cancel dinner reservations and order an Uber for our friend, since we were short a bedroom and bathroom! What a disaster! We received a message the next morning that our original unit was smoke-free and able to use! We re-packed and waited to be assisted in moving our belongings AGAIN! I messaged yourpad over and over requesting a refund for our first day. They always respond, “waiting to hear back from the owner”. We have yet to receive compensation for the 1st day! Not surprised!! How can you make a guest pay for a rental, make them deal with complete chaos and offer an upgrade when in reality it doesn’t even compare to the original accommodations? I’m very disappointed in the situation and 100% would NEVER rent from the company again!

Perfect!

This place was exactly what we needed! Clean, felt like a hotel, but also had really cute decor and charm to it. The host was incredibly responsive, especially since our flight was delayed late coming in. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Charleston!!

Clean and well-appointed

We had everything we needed. It was a steep stairway, but do-able. When we walked in, everything was clean and fresh. The sofa sat low, and we slid toward the middle when relaxing on it. The floors were a little wonky, but added to the charm. All-in-all, we would stay there again. Thank you for a great place to land!
