This small terraced house has everything of a large one and is organized around its living area on the garden level, integrating living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs, the night area consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom, allowing accommodation for six people.

The house is also equipped with two toilets and a garage/laundry room for storing bicycles and beach equipment.

The property is pleasant and will allow you to enjoy peaceful vacations, with each person able to enjoy their own space. The outdoor garden is ideal for lounging in the sun with a view of the sailboats.
