Accommodation: You will be greeted by a large living room opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace equipped with a store-banne with dining area and giving access to the swimming pool; and by an open, spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen, with a laundry.The Villa des Acacias has a "night area", in the RoC and upstairs, offering an optimal separation with these living spaces.At the RoC, at your disposal, you will find 4 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 160-bed with each private bathroom and direct access to the rear outdoor terrace; a third bedroom with 4 bunk beds in 90, perfect for children, and a fourth bedroom with two beds in 90, sharing a large bathroom with two sinks and a large Italian shower.Upstairs you will discover 4 other bedrooms: three air-conditioned rooms with a 160-bed and each with their private shower room (one with a private toilet); a last bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom and a toilet.There are three toilets on the ground floor, as well as an outdoor shower (with hot water) and towel racks for beach returns. The villa offers the possibility to park one or two vehicles in the enclosed garden. Parking in the street in front of the house is permitted. This villa is ideal for a family holiday, thanks to its immediate proximity to the ocean (sea of La Graverie accessible in less than 5 minutes walk) and the marine lake, as well as to the city centre and all the bike paths, allowing you to enjoy pleasant walks. Thanks to the central heating, this beautiful villa can be rented throughout the year (please contact us for availability). Outside the high season, arrivals are possible other days than Saturday. Please note that linen is not included in the rentals. The ground floor of the villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
