This was a beautiful space, very comfortable, and very easy to feel at home. We also enjoyed the art and decor! The location was also top-notch - very centrally located and easy to get around. Would recommend for a Denver stay!

Lovely basement apartment nestled into quaint cherry Hills! I needed a few extra days after being released from Porter Hospital from an extensive back surgery. Everything we could possibly have wanted and needed was provided and host Ken is always available and gracious! Homey, sweet, comfy, close to many restaurants, quiet and just the perfect respite for us!! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!!

We came to Denver for a couple of weeks and were looking for a place to stay that would feel like home and this basement apartment fitted our needs. It’s location has been a major factor in our satisfaction: in the calm, quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Cherry Creek, close to parks, restaurants, shopping and Wholefoods… also minutes away from the Denver Botanical Garden. The apartment itself is very well equipped with every thing one could imagine: fully equipped kitchen ready for any cooking challenge; plenty of towels, soaps etc. Windows in every room are operable so plenty of fresh air which was very important for us; in comparison, in most hotels these days, one cannot open a window. When the weather turned colder, the small wall heaters in each room worked very very well and the apartment turned cozy warm place in minutes. We were impressed with the quality of the walk in shower, lovely gentle stream from the shower head piece; beautifully clean shower with no issues at all with drainage, amazing for a basement apartment! Overall we were very happy and grateful for this find. Thank you Kent and Rene!!!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It is like a museum with paintings and other pieces of art. I felt very comfortable there. I walked multiple places. The garage parking was a bonus.I would absolutely choose to stay here again!

The guest did not abide the stated property rules, broke items, left lots of personal items, and requested they be mailed to her. It was a difficult experience.

I found this property to be conveniently located near dining and entertainment in the area, it is family friendly, great for entertaining in the home but close enough to some great restaurants nearby if you want to enjoy a dinner out. The host was responsive and professional, and I found the property to be well equipped with all the essentials for travelers. I would return to this property again and enjoyed my stay!

I stayed here during a recent trip to Denver and absolutely loved it. The space is charming and decorated in such a unique, fun way that gives it tons of character. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — whether short or long — and it’s nestled in a beautiful neighborhood that’s great to explore. I’d definitely stay again!

The apartment was well laid out, well appointed and spotless. It was near every place we needed to go. The host was extremely prompt answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.
