The master bedroom features a private bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. We reside in Southern California. We hope to be able to spend more time in Florida once we retire.

We have visited relatives in the area over the past years and fell in love with it. When we decided to purchase a condo, this one stood out. This home is tastefully decorated and furnished. It was built in 2014. It had not been a vacation rental previous to our purchase in November, 2020.
The community has 38 buildings with 4 units in each. It has a cozy community feel.

The condo has an open floor plan, with a large kitchen flowing into a great room, with views of the greenery beyond the screened-in lanai.
It has a room that could be used and an office with a large desk and chair. The desk has a large computer monitor that you can hook up to a laptop. There is high speed internet service. The room has a French door which gives it privacy.
