This 24 hour main gated Solterra resort townhome has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bath. Our villa includes brand new hard wood floors, a kids Disney room with a beautiful Mickey and Minnie mural expanding on all walls, a screened in private pool with heating upon request ($20 per day), pool blow ups, night time string lights, bathroom, and outside grill! Kitchen amenities include keurig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and kitchen utensils. Baby high chair, stroller, and pack and play are also available on site. In the living room we have a 75 inch smart tv, along with smart tv’s in every bedroom- log into your own streaming services using our wifi provided! There is one downstairs bedroom perfect for guests who prefer not to climb stairs, and upstairs you will find board games and a foosball table with an additional smart tv in the upstairs loft area. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation!

There is a one time optional resort fee for additional Solterra clubhouse amenities ($35 for 1-12 guests / $45 for 13+ guests to be charged at club reception upon guest check in) which offers an 8000 square-foot heated pool and spa, lazy river, splash pad, poolside cabanas, playground, volleyball, tennis, basketball, game room and on site restaurant, bar, and store, and a state of the art fitness center that overlooks the conservation area. Relax in the lounge area with indoor outdoor fireplace, TVs and much more. This Oasis is located just minutes from Walt Disney World, golf courses, a variety of shopping and dining options, and Orlando international airport.
