This property was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean! Location was close to parks, shopping, and restaurants. We had plenty of dishes, cookware for when cooked. The private pool was a great size! The whole family loved it! The owners were quick to respond and were helpful with my many questions! Thank you for letting us stay ! We will definitely be back!!

Daughters 21st Birthday Weekend

This was an amazing stay! We spent the day in Epcot and it was wonderful to come back and relax in the pool with jets on to help relax the bones! The second day we had a wonderful time at the water park relaxing in the lazy river and making memories. We all agreed the house was nice and homey. We decided to make it annual trip. Thank you for memories!!!!

Lovely house, everything you need!

Beautifully clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, brilliant location for resort clubhouse/pool and for Disney & Universal. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need (though no tea towel!). Overall, a brilliant place for our group (2 children aged 6-7 and 5 adults, aged 40-77)

Host was more than accommodating THANK YOU! Although family did not show I appreciate your last minute ad on for our guests. Your home was very comfortable and having our own pool was very nice. We never got to enjoy the resort as we awaited family so I hope to have a redo THANK YOU AGAIN my daughter really needed this distraction as she continues to mourn the loss of her fiance makes 8 years on Julian's 2nd Birthday. Thank you again

Great villa and close to resort pool

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Resort amenities only a 5min walk away. Property was spacious and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Hosts were great and responded fast. Easy check in. No problems. Strongly recommend. Thank you Brandon and Nicole! You have an amazing property

Lots of space

We arrived at 6AM on Sunday so we booked starting Saturday so that we could straight to the property and recover from our red eye flight. I was nervous that something would go wrong but it didn’t. The gate guard had our name and the host had given us the code for the lock on Saturday. It was a little too last minute for me, but we did get it in time for our arrival. The place was clean and stocked well with dishes. We went shopping for supplies and I did end up getting more essentials like toilet paper and laundry detergent because there wasn’t enough for a 5 person seven day stay. It was well stocked for more of a weekend stay. The kids enjoyed the back yard pool on the first night and I was pleasantly surprised that we weren’t bothered by mosquitos.All the appliances worked well. We cooked breakfasts and the occasional frozen pizza. One night we cooked a frozen pizza and the smoke alarms went off even though we didn’t see or smell any smoke from the oven. They went off eventually after cracking opening the door. No harm no foul. The water pressure and temperature for showering was great. The worst part for us was the traffic to the parks. Granted it was a holiday week (ski week) for many schools so I’m sure traffic was more than usual. We have stayed closer to the parks on our previous visit so I wasn’t prepared for the traffic.Overall the place was nice and as advertised. The price was great for a seven day holiday week stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The property was very nice, lots of added extras provided (booster car seat, stroller, pack and play). Corn hole and some card games. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. Cooking dinner together and enjoyed the pool at the house as well as at the resort! Brandon and Nicole were extremely helpful any time we needed them they were very prompt to answer. Very close to restaurants and stores. (Ford’s Garage is a must spot to try). We absolutely loved our time here!! If I had one suggestion it would be for a full size coffee pot, but we did survive making a couple of pots at a time for our group!

Would rent again

Traveled from PA for Disney and found it way better to rent a house than stay in Disney with two families. The drive to Disney is around 13 miles but depending on traffic can take anywhere from 20-40mins. That didn’t bother us. The house itself was clean and the home owners were super responsive. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated us. We did pay for pool heat and felt the pool took well over 24hrs to warm up. In hindsight we would not have paid for the heat and just went without the pool if it was going to take that long. The heat goes on when you arrive for your stay, I guess we thought it would have been warm upon arrival. The resort pool was very warm and should have just put our money towards that. We had some hiccups with a broke shower handle which kept water running for days. Again, the home owners were really responsive and we were able to eventually work through it. Overall we would rent the house again and the house was clean which is always my biggest concern when traveling.

Family Disney Weekend

This property was everything that was represented in VRBO listing. Owners were immediately responsive and the property had everything we needed for our family of eight. Kids loved loved the bedrooms as decorated.

Big house, perfect location

This is a large townhouse the perfect size for our family of 8. Location is great, not too far from any attraction. We paid to have the pool heated and it was definitely worth it, the kids spent time in there every day. We went to the club pool a few times, such a nice spot. Note that kids under 48” cannot use the slide, my two were super bummed! The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but we could have used a few more garbage bags and dishwasher tabs. I think they only give two or three so bring a couple from home if you don’t want to buy. The baby items (playpen, high chair and stroller) made our lives and travel so much easier. Would recommend to friends! Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay

All in all, we had a great stay at this property. Hosts were responsive, house was great for my families needs, kids had a blast in the pool and at the community center. We had chilly weather so we couldn’t use the community center as much as we would have liked to, but that’s out of anyone’s control! Only grievance I can recall is that the community had exterior painting work going on during our stay, which prevented us from opening windows for a breeze due to the plastic coverings on the windows for painting. Otherwise, Everything about this rental was great and just what we needed. We’d absolutely rent again! Thanks!
