Luxury 5 Bedroomed property located on the beautiful Solterra Resort,

The downstairs of the Villa is open plan with a large gathering area along with a large kitchen and dining area. The pool and patio area are at the rear of the property. We are very pleased to be able to offer a bedroom downstairs with en-suite facilities for guests who are not able to use the stairs.

There is an extra fee of $35 or $45 for the entire stay, depending on the guests group size for the amenities fee.

Beautiful home but cleanliness could improve

Our experience with the host was very positive—communication was excellent, and we received clear, detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out. The location was exactly as described, and accessing the home was straightforward.Upon arrival, we noticed a lingering smoke smell throughout the house, and a couple of light fixtures were broken. We reached out to the homeowner, who responded quickly and sent a maintenance person to fix the lighting. They also offered to send a cleaner to home. At that point, we had done most of the cleaning so we declined.The home itself is beautiful and offers a lovely view of the water, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations. There were dirty dishes that had been put away as if they were clean and the overall smell of smoke was disappointing which may be coming from the carpets. We did enjoy a beautiful view of fireworks from neighboring houses and my daughter really enjoyed the pool.With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this could be a beautiful rental.

Overall good, could have been even better.

The home and the location were great. The rooms were as described in the pictures. My only issue wasthe rugs needed cleaning and there was an overall smell of smoke.
