a RENTAL experience to remember….
Well when I think of memories, it’s definitely NOT because of the daily need of communication with VRBO, VACASA, HOST & ROBERTO(maintenance repair) From the minute we walked into the rental, there was a need to call in an issue. Thurs 4/3 checked in at 8pm to find a puddle of water on the stairs due to a water leak…called it in & explained that the leak was running towards the water light fixture.Fri 4/4 the leak continued & a maintenance worker came by later that afternoon, unfortunately he was not able to fix it & had to reach out to more experienced technician. That tech eventually showed up while my daughters & myself were at a concert. Rest of Family members were at home. Sat 4/5 while we were at the resort pool, there was need to go back in the house for forgotten items when the door locked didn’t work. I again had to call it in & they returned the call when I was already back at the resort. Sun 4/6 was my “adult” day @ Disney but once again I had to be on the phone requesting for another repair because the WiFi was spotty & kept knocking off the internet. While 4 of us were @ Disney, the rest of my family was @ the rental to relax, enjoying the pool & my 2 adults with Down syndrome couldn’t play on the switch. Mon 4/7 while at Disney with my family, making memories with my special needs son & my best friend with her special needs son, I did request an additional day due to the inconveniences but was told was gonna be an extra 330.instead I was refunded 168
