The House of Your Dreams

My wife Susan and I built this home for our family of five children and 16 grandchildren to enjoy. The house has surpassed all of our wildest dreams. The house is a ten minute walk from the beach but yet tucked away from the tourists in a quiet residential setting. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico, with a private dock extending into the ocean over 100 feet, allows guest to enjoy a view and fishing that others have to pay for. An awesome swimming pool and hot tub sitting feet from the ocean will be the place to be for you and your guests. Enjoy the sunset from the sunset bar and watch the sun set over Sanibel Bridge.

4 bedrooms, 6 baths, a chefs kitchen, a glamorous family room, a mother in law suite, a lower level bunk room, an elevator, an outdoor kitchen, three lanais, make this house the place to fulfill your dreams.

For a special treat have the Tiki Hut Boat pick up to 8 guests for a sunset cruise. We have made arrangements for the Tiki Hut Boat to pick you up from our Private Dock.

Moms Trip

We were a middle 40’s group of moms getting away from our kiddos for a much needed getaway. The house was beautiful, had beautiful views, awesome pool. The house was close to several restaurants and we were able to rent and ride bikes around the Ft Myers area. The owners were extremely nice and easy to work with. We would DEFINITELY love to come back!!!

Beautiful Home

This house exceeded all expectations. Absolutely beautiful home on the water. close to everything. we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hot tub. Also we caught several different kinds of fish from the dock. The manatees even paid us a visit 3 of the 4 days we where there.

This house makes the vacation!

We didn't want to leave! Top-of-the-line newer construction; decor and color scheme appealing for a waterfront home - calm, cool colors. Spacious layout and fabulous furnishings (architectural detail throughout, elevator, glass doors that open the length of the 2nd floor to create indoor/outdoor atmosphere, spacious natuzzi couch). Owner was very timely and informative in all communications. Can tell a lot of thought, love, and detail went into this family-owned home. Created wonderful memories for our own family of all ages to be together, enjoying the pool/spa, while taking in the serenity of the amazing on-the-water view.

Amazing!

The home was amazing, and had everything we needed for our trip. We loved watching the tide, and the dolphins, and even had a couple of manatees swim up! Everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again! Barry and Susan were extremely helpful and welcoming as well!

We are Susan and Barry Jolly from Northern Kentucky. We have owned Vacation Rental Homes since 2002. The Ft. Myer Beach Dream Home is Brand New. So, it does not have many reviews. However, all of our other properties have hundreds and we have rated over 4.5 every year since we began.
Our Vacation Homes are all built to accommodate large families. We have five children and 16 grandchildren. Family time is very important to us. In fact, it has been the inspiration for the building of this house. We have found that when our family visits, they do not want to leave the house.
Susan and I try very hard to keep our properties in pristine condition. We have found that guests appreciate this and are helpful in caring for our property as well. In fact, we ask that if you are not willing to treat the property like it was your own, please rent another home.

There are not many homes of this quality on the rental market. Most owners of houses like this are not willing to rent to others. This house will make your vacation one to remember!
