In Berry, 3 km from La ChĂątre, 15 minutes from George Sand's house, 10 minutes from the Dryades golf course and the Pouligny Notre Dame nautical base, in the heart of the Couarde valley, the commune of Le Magny (12th century priory) welcomes you in an old Berry farmhouse completely renovated in 2022.
The advantages: Fully equipped independent laundry room, enclosed grounds, bicycle shelter, sports facilities 100 meters away, relaxation area and hiking trails nearby... On one level, enclosed grounds and private parking.

1 bedroom with 160 cm bed (disabled access),
1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds,
1 convertible sofa (living room),
1 bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower (accessible to disabled people),
