Spacious 40m2 living-room with designer kitchen opening on the dining room and a cosy lounge, with access to a 15mÂČ balcony.
Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster and filter coffee machine.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Independent toilet with hand basin.

Private ski-room at the entrance: including boot and glove warmers
Bedroom 1: 1 queen size bed with en-suite shower and toilet
