Cocoonr is offering to let this charming, fully renovated 60 mÂČ flat on the first floor of a small stone building in the Madeleine district of Vannes. Ideally located close to all amenities, this flat is the perfect base for exploring Vannes and the surrounding area.
The accommodation comprises
- A bright living room with a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a coffee table and a TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc.
- A double bedroom with a double bed and dressing area.
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin, accessible from the bedroom.
- A separate WC.
Please note If you are planning a stay with family or friends, it is possible to accommodate two extra people by also booking âLa Madeleineâ, a second flat on the same floor. This accommodation, designed for two people, is the ideal complement for a group stay while retaining your independence.
Neighbourhood:
- The accommodation is ideally located in the Madeleine district with all amenities within walking distance. There is a supermarket less than 150 m away and a large supermarket and shopping centre 6 minutes away by car.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the street, which is completely free.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station, a 10-minute walk away.
- Nearest airport: 1h15 Nantes Atlantique
Other comments:
For the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and to observe the following rules:
- parties are forbidden
- the entire residence is non-smoking
- pets are not allowed
- The accommodation does not have the necessary facilities to accommodate a baby.
Autonomous arrival possible at the manager's choice.: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 2 km by car or 750 m on foot from the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: This launderette closes at 9pm but is open 24 hours a day for our guests.
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in âready-to-live-inâ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
