A cozy holiday apartment built in -08 in a two-story cabin house located in the center of Vuokatti. The apartment is located on the lower floor (balcony at ground level). The area of ââthe apartment is 62 mÂČ on one level - a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 guests, a dining area for 6 and a light fireplace. Sleeping areas in two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cm), and the other with separate beds for two (90cm). Sauna (electric stove), shower/toilet and separate toilet. Access to the balcony from the living room, with patio furniture for 4. The apartment has a view of the slopes of Vuokatti, facing the forest.
Additional equipment: Wifi (on a hill), 32" flat-screen TV. Air source heat pump.
Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Vuokatti's slopes 400 m, walking routes and lighted skitrails approx. 400 m.
The house is built on a hill, so the entrance to the SK Suites 13 holiday apartment is in the luhti corridor, where you take the stairs down from the parking lot, the apartment is located at the end of the ground floor of the luhti house.
The apartment has a shared ski maintenance room. The apartment-specific lockable storage space for sports equipment is located in the hallway of the house. A timer-operated car heating plug in the parking lot.
Final cleaning is included in new reservations starting from 9.4.25.
Bed linen and final cleaning can be ordered for an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed on the site.
The apartment is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.
