Snowblaze 205 is located in the heart of Park City's Historical Old Town. Snowblaze Unit #205 features two nice bedrooms and two upgraded bathrooms. This luxury 975 square foot condo can sleep up to nine guests comfortably. This is one of the best locations in town allowing guests to walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort and to Main Street!
Living Room: Mountain Contemporary furnishings including; Queen sofa pull out with memory foam mattress, stone wood-burning fireplace, a 47' HD TV with DVD, two leather rocking chairs, and a private deck.
Kitchen: Fully equipped Kitchen with all new high-end stainless steel appliances, decorative LED lighting, and kitchen bar seating with 3 rustic bar stools.
Dining Room: 6-seat dining area table.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom- King bed, LED TV, and a full private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2- Bunk Bedroom with Full over full bunk bed with a slide out Twin bed, plus a 32' LCD TV, and access to bathroom.
Hot tub: Yes, communal hot tub and pool.
BBQ: Yes, gas BBQ grill located on the private deck.
Laundry Room: Yes, front loading stackable washer and dryer in unit. Also, communal laundry available.
Garage: Spacious communal parking garage can accommodate most size SUV's and outside parking for oversized vehicles is available too.
Wireless Internet: Yes, this unit has both hard-wired and wireless cable Internet modem too making it a great work place away from home.
Air Conditioning: No. Portable A/C units are available.
Pets: NOT ALLOWED
Community Amenities: Yes, you can enjoy the year round heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and fire pit area. The fitness center is overlooking Park City ski slopes and mountain range making it a great place to work out. Snowblaze Lodge has terrific common areas with an oversized backyard entertainment area plus a commercial fitness center on the first floor of the building.
Snowblaze is just steps from the Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street. Walk to equipment rentals, lift ticket windows, and the high-speed Payday lift. If you haven't been to Snowblaze recently, you don't know what you are missing. See it for yourself and enjoy your vacation like no other.
