We offer this charming 60 mÂČ house for rent in Vannes, less than a kilometre from Conleau beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace of around 60 mÂČ.
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 mÂČ living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140Ă190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 60 mÂČ garden, with a wooden terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days: table, parasol, deckchairs...
The owners will provide you with 2 mountain bikes so you can make the most of the nearby coastal paths and the Conleau peninsula, which has a small, very pleasant family beach.
Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, parking is free in and around the street.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Vannes 1.6 km
- Nearest airport:Nantes Atlantique 1 h 15, Lorient Lann Bihoué, 50 min.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The building has a drainage problem, and odours may occur depending on the number of tourists in the area and the weather.
