Enjoy this historic 1910's Craftsman home. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machine and a dryer (detergent & softener sheets included). Brand new AC unit, reliable Gig internet and a large smart LED TV. Hardwood floors throughout the main level, clawfoot tub for a relaxing soak, or step in and use the shower. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds on the back porch. A large fully fenced back yard and fire pit only for your use. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose these companions prior to travel.

Spokane is the largest part of the Spokane-Coeur dâAlene combined area and because of the natural layout and scenic areas within a reasonable distance, the area is best experienced by a private vehicle.
