Lynn’s Linda Marie is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome located in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort that is only steps (0.3 mile) away from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. We offer a beautiful 1476 square foot townhome on a corner lot. It is beautifully decorated in a classic coastal style with beautiful furniture. This spotless, elegant and tranquil unit can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably and has everything needed for the perfect vacation. Upstairs you will find the sleeping quarters. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, TV with ROKU, as well as a large walk-in closet. The first guest’s bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed & is equipped with a 27 inch TV with ROKU, as well as a large closet. The Third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and is equipped with a TV with ROKU, as well as a large closet and has an attached bathroom. Downstairs, the living area is an open floor plan. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch Flat screen TV/DVD/ROKU Combination with comfortable recliners. Dining table for 6 with breakfast bar and 6 bar stools. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home. Washer and dryer are also downstairs. This unit also offers a separate den with 32 inch TV with ROKU and a fold out sofa.There is a spacious back deck with a propane grill for grilling out.

About us...: Why rent from us? We love Panama City Beach! We purchased our townhome to be able to spend quality time with our 5 grandchildren. And we would love to share the memory making part with you. We want our townhome to be a place where families will be comfortable. We know that this is an environment where our guests will feel at home.

Great Stay

Townhouse is in a great location. The home had more than enough room for our party. We had an excellent stay and can’t wait to come back.

Almost like home

Everything is great except the beds and TV situations. All the amenities of home, just bring your clothes and toiletries. We of been nice to have a blow dryer but I only needed one for one day. Unfortunately the beds a very worn and uncomfortable and the pillows are very firm and uncomfortable. I slept in the upstairs middle bedroom and tossed n turned for hours. All the rooms are essentially adjoining so you can hear everything from the middle bedroom. The home offered basic cable but we would of preferred to use our Netflix account but none of the TVs had that option but we only used the TV of an evening before bed. Overall it is a nice home and if I knew I could sleep comfortably in a nice bed I would stay there again.

Great stay and location

Condo was very homey and clean. Owner was quick to respond with communication. Great proximity to the beach. Great price for size and location! Would definitely stay here again!

We discovered PCB in 2000 and fell in love. We decided to purchase our townhome to make memories with our children and grandchildren.

This beautiful townhome is situated in a gated resort community with loads of ammenities and is just a short walk to the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Gated resort with 11 pools, putt putt, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts. The beachhouse has a lovely restaurant with great food. Just outside the front gate you will find Bayou on the Beach, this is a wonderful place to eat.
