Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach/Truman Waterfront Park and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Amazing place- would come again

We’ve had such a great stay here. We felt really safe, relaxed and had everything we needed in the property. Cindy was really helpful. The pool was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. This was our first time back in Key West in 19 years and we can’t wait to come again.

Location is everything in Old Town! Within walking distance of most attractions. Gated community. Craig and Cindy were awesome and emails a list of “must sees” while visiting. We will be back ! Thank you

The condo was perfect. It was VERY clean. the location was great and it had eberything we needed. Prompt communication when we needed them. Will look to stay at one of their properties again.

Great Place to stay.

We had a terrific stay. The condo at the shipyard met all of our needs. It was clean and well taken care of. Communication with the owners was excellent. Perfect location. Would stay there again for sure.

We absolutely loved it!

Everything about our experience was wonderful. We truly didn’t want to leave. I hope that we can return someday, and If we are able to do so, we plan on staying in the same apartment. It was awesome.
