20 km north of Kotka, river Kymijoki 20 m, deep, hard rock bottom, own boat. Beach is only suitable for experienced swimmers, as the water is flowing in the area.
Log cabin 2012, kitchen-living room, bedroom with a double bed and a toilet (also accessible from the hall), dining area, utility / dressing room, bathroom, 2 showers and a toilet, sauna (wood stove), terrace.
Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds and a balcony, a bedroom with 2 beds and an extra bed for two, lounge, toilet.
Dryer and central vacuum. 2 Grills. Wireless broadband.
Spacious, bright and big log house on the beach of river Kymijoki. Bedrooms spacious, wide beds in each.
Gravel yard and lawn. Large terrace and peaceful and spacious courtyard where a four-seat swing.
In the cottage burglar alarms, most of the lighting adjustable LED lights, upstairs and downstairs floor geothermal heating, geothermal cooling system, on the ground floor stone floor.
At the same site there is an old cottage and sauna building which are owner's warehouses owner does not use the buildings when there are customers).
The same owner has cottages 1277 and 1278 of about 300 m radius. Next door (300 m) is cottage No. 11211.
Fishing management fee allows you to fish about 2-3 km long part of the river. For rapids and currents you need also separate licence. The owner can help you with the licenses. Please, check always up to date information about the licenses before fishing.
