PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:

-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.
-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:

-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

Come enjoy some fun in the sun at SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL. Relax along the emerald waters and capitalize on all the amenities this gulf-front resort has to offer. Take a plunge in the newly renovated outdoor pool or perhaps the indoor pool (heated seasonally), if you prefer. an outdoor hot tub, a steam room and sauna, and a fitness facility are all located on-site for your enjoyment as well. Utilize the spacious meeting and event space and find last-minute purchases for friends back home in our lobby gift shop. Both children and adults will enjoy the seasonal amenities which include an outdoor tiki bar and splash pad. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for an additional fee.

You’ll find the SunDestin Unit 0914 one-bedroom condo affords comfortable sleeping options for up to four people, with a private bedroom housing a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Everyone in your party will enjoy the calming color palette throughout this unit, further inducing relaxation and serenity. Watch a movie on one of two flat panel televisions located in both the bedroom and living room with DVD rentals available in the lobby!Purchase local groceries and create your own meals in the airy, fully stocked kitchen. Savor your freshly prepared snacks and take in the fresh sea air on the balcony, complete with seating for two. An open floor plan ensures expansive gulf views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Centrally located in the heart of Destin, you’ll find an array of restaurants and shops nearby to pass the time when you’re ready to break away from the beach. Should you have any questions, our accommodating Scenic Stays team is available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.
