Ground floor apartment with balcony in a 30-apartment residence, built in 1971, located 500m from the Clusaz center, 800m from the ESF ski school departures at Bossonnet, 50m from shuttle services and the aquatic center. Beautiful view of the village, mountains, and ski slopes.
ENTRANCE/KITCHEN AREA: (parquet floor) 3.24 m2, refrigerator (134L), microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fondue maker, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils
LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor) 13.39 m2, 1 bunk bed (80 cm), (upper bed forbidden under 6 years old), 1 RAPIDO sofa bed for 2 persons (140 cm), wardrobe storage, television, French door leading to a south-facing balcony (possibility of storing skis), beautiful view of the mountains and the village,
BATHROOM: 3.11 m2, bathtub, sink, washing machine, toilet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Included services:
- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Comforters and pillows
- Central collective heating, water, electricity (with the exception of long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)
- Collective parking of the residence (non-nominative spaces) or Municipal public parking (weekly subscription)
- Exterior stairs to access the entrance of the residence or chalet (5 steps)
