🥨 Les Dentelles studio is a real peaceful cocoon nestled at the bottom of a period paved courtyard, the Dentelles apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque district of Petite France, a stone's throw from strategic points in the city center. Canals, medieval streets, half-timbered Alsatian houses and traditional restaurants will be within easy reach.

🛍️ This historic district has many local shops, bars and restaurants.

🏡 Once you have crossed the magnificent period porch and crossed the courtyard, you will have access to a fully functional 38m² studio for 2 people composed of:
An entrance with storage unit and large mirror
🍽️ 🛏️ a large space including 1 bedroom with a non-separable 180x200cm double bed, a storage cabinet and a large flat screen TV, all opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen/dining room (oven/microwave, vitro plates, cooker hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster…) including a bar and 4 comfortable stools
🚿 A bathroom with walk-in shower
🚽 a separate toilet

👟 As the apartment is located on a pedestrian square, no direct access by car is possible (several public car parks are available in the area)

🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat for the bathroom and a tea towel per kitchen,

🅿️ 500m away is the "indigo KLEBER" public car park. This car park is right in the city center, so convenient for 1 or a few hours, but it costs more than 50 euros for 24 hours!
🅿️ You also have the possibility to park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert (900m) or in the GARE WODLI car park (900m), the price of which is around 20 euros for 24 hours.

🌃 The Grande Île de Strasbourg, sometimes called "Island Ellipse", is the most central and most characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it is the historic center. It is surrounded by the River Ill to the south and by one of its arms – the Faux-Rempart ditch – to the north, which separate downstream from the Vauban dam and meet at the Quai des Pêcheurs.
The Big Island has been listed in its entirety as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1988. The International Council of Monuments and Sites has indicated that the Big Island is "an old district which is an example of medieval cities"

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
