This very spacious home is perfect for a family outing or couples retreat. This condo's bathrooms, bedrooms, living area, and kitchen have all been remodeled, and it has TVs for you to relax in front of and a wood-burning fireplace. Pitkin Creek is three and a half miles from the Village and serviced by the free town bus every 15 minutes in peak periods and through to 2:00 am. There is also a year-round outdoor hot tub and a summertime pool. Plus, you'll find a grocery store right on the premises. This retreat is also close to Eagle's Nest Wilderness hiking trails and Gold Medal Waters for fly fishing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect ski vacation!

Pitkin 7K was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys. The location was very convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek. My boys commented on how comfortable the beds were, and they normally aren’t fans of sleeping in twin beds! The condo was well equipped with almost everything you need, including Kleenex boxes throughout, which is much appreciated. There were plenty of towels, and having the grocery/liquor store downstairs was very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely East Vail Stay

The property we stayed at was conveniently located above a small grocery and liquor store that had everything we needed if it wasn't at the condo. Check in was all remote and seamless, though we could have used some better location instructions. The instructions at the condo once we got in were a bit more clear than the ones we got in the email. There could have been a few more blankets (it was snowing!) and a better fridge cleanout but otherwise it was great! Would definitely stay again.

Nice little condo

The condo was affordable and was in a nice location, just a couple miles to the town and lifts of Vail. It is perfect for a larger family (2 adults and up to 4 kids). The kitchen is small but updated. The 2 bathrooms are nice, and the main bedroom has a large, comfortable bed. The big couch was nice and the table fits 6 people. The place was clean (except for a piece of chewed gum left on the bunk bed ladder). It was affordable. I will stay there again.

Spacious condo for our family of 4 in a great location. So easy to get in/out of anywhere in the Vail Valley. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable
