CAMBO, C274: T2, in a recent residence, 15 minutes walk from the city center and the thermal baths, comfortable T2 apartment in a quiet area, on one level. composed of a main room including a fitted kitchen, washing machine, microwave and rotisserie oven, a living/dining room with sofa, TV, coffee table and dining area, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture overlooking the countryside, private parking. (Pets NOT ALLOWED).

Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not compliant, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to check that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: âŹ10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: âŹ5.
- T2 exit cleaning: âŹ55.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
