Located in a quiet residential neighborhood this home has everything you need and more for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 2 Bed / 2 Bath home with large private view backyard and 2-car garage. Game/Bonus room in converted 3rd car garage area has TV and small fridge, great place for kids to have their own space. Bonus room has its own AC/Heater. Close to casinos, river, lake, off-road trails, hiking, rock climbing and hunting. Play all day then relax at night with some s'mores in the backyard fire pit. Well appointed and comfy spot to get away.

The rooms consist of... 1 king bedroom sleeping 2 with attached bathroom, 1 queen bedroom sleeping 2, living room has pullout sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. This home comfortably sleeps 6 with the option to bring your own air mattress to fit 2 more in bonus room (8 max).

Minutes from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants but far enough away to get some peace and quiet during your vacation. Perfect home to take your water toys on the river or lake, come home and relax.

Available for long and short term bookings. Any stays over 30 days require a separate rental agreement. Please send an inquiry for pricing

Special Features: Available Boat/Trailer Parking on side of house behind lockable gate. Smart TV's in living room and bonus room, each having apps including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney +. Fully equipped kitchen (Utensils, toaster, coffee maker, bakeware, pots & pans, etc). AC/Heater in bonus room. Extra linens, pillows and blankets. Large backyard with large patio table. 36" Blackstone Grill with propane provided.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Guests are requested to pull trash can to the curb and back on trash pickup day (Monday)

Pets are allowed. 1 dog or cat only. Additional fee of $25.00 per stay. $500.00 cleaning fee if you bring any undeclared animals.

NO EVENTS! NO PARTIES! You will be removed from property.

NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE! Smoking permitted outside only. Guest to clean up any ash and butts. If house smells from smoking, additional cleaning fee will be applied up to max of $500.00

Desert Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was very clean and had all the comforts of home! The location is perfect! Its close to the casinos in Laughlin and just a short drive to Lake Mohave! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay off the Lake

Amy was a great host and her house was very clean and comfortable! It was the perfect location- 10 minutes to Katherine’s Landing. It was so nice to come home to after a long day on the lake. The bonus room was perfect for kids to sleep in. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

Made up for lost time!

Wonderful experience with my parents whom I hadn't seen in a couple years. The house had everything we needed while we celebrated birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Would love to stay here again!

Great place for a couple families

We had 2 families and enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one was the best stocked place! Plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen supplies etc! Great little game room in the garage my kids slept in on an air mattress. Had its own AC.

Great location!

Exactly what we were looking for. It was just the two of us but there is plenty of room for a family. Everything you can think of is available for your use. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The views are just as nice. Definitely will use again.

Loved morning coffee outside comfy swivel chairs - evening beverage too. Comfortable furnishings and nice kitchen, loved having garage use. Visited old friends there who loved it as well and will recommend to their friends. ❤️🌴

Beautiful property

My 95-year old father and I stayed at the Bullhead house for a month to avoid the weather up north. It was fully stocked and we were able to make most of our meals at home. There were some great restaurants too! It was a nice and safe neighborhood. We were able to take in several sites around the area. Great place and the owner was very responsive.

Excellent

This home is in an excellent location no matter what you want to do! Close to the river, Katherines Landing, Davis Dam, casinos, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails or just a nice evening walk. ATV trails nearby. Home is cozy and very clean! And most of all very responsive and attentive hosts who want to make sure the stay is as pleasant as possible. We cannot wait to stay again.

Beautiful desert getaway

My mother and I stayed here with a small dog and had a great time when visiting family in Bullhead City. Only 2 nights but could see myself staying here for a longer period of time. The house was stocked with everything we'd need and we loved the setup of two rooms with their own bathrooms. The den was an added bonus even though we didn't use it. LOVED the backyard! Recommend this place and hope to visit again.

Great property

I booked this rental to take by 80+ year old parents to. It is very well kept up, everything was clean and organized. The back yard is beautiful, it was 100+ each day, so unfortunately we couldn't spend a lot of time out there. Hosts were friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. Wonderful stay

Very clean and pretty. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable which is very important. Living room had comfortable seating as well. It was a very nice and relaxing stay. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Bullhead.
