Its optimized layout includes a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190) as well as a convertible sofa of the same size, allowing you to modulate the space according to your needs.
Located on the first floor and facing south, the apartment benefits from beautiful light. The living room, friendly and warm, includes a dining area, a lounge area with television and a convertible sofa. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, provides everything you need to cook with ease: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster, as well as dishes and utensils. The functional bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet, with a hairdryer provided.
To take full advantage of sunny days, a south-facing balcony, furnished with garden furniture, invites you to relax. The residence also offers a bicycle storage room, where two bicycles are available to explore the region.
Access is either via the car park, where a private space is reserved, or via a gate leading directly to the beach.
A private cellar completes the services of this accommodation.
