Welcome to Memphis’s funkiest & fun AirBnB! Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with the ability to host up to 10 people. Centrally located in Memphis - Midtown/Broad Avenue Arts District. 2-15 min from all the great things Memphis has to offer!
Our 1920’s home was renovated in 2020 with all modern amenities. Traveling in a group? No worries, all the space needed, even a bedroom with a “Makeup Bar”! Staying in for the evening? TV fully stocked with Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO.

Really lovely place

Graceland trip

This home was a perfect place for the 4 of us to sleep after our Graceland trip. We each had a bedroom, the kitchen was well stocked for our meal prep. The location next to the park felt safe. Gene responded quickly to our questions.

Our stay was fabulous!

This house was perfect for our family. We were in town for my sister’s wedding at The Peabody. The house was very clean and we were provided with all the necessities! We will be staying here again next time we are in Memphis!!

Newbies

This was our family’s first time booking and staying at a VRBO, and it was a great experience! Everything was just as described, and the owners were easy to get in contact with. Everyone enjoyed their stay while we were at the house. If we return to Memphis in the future we will definitely try and stay there again.

I’ll be back!

My family of five LOVED the space & comfort of this home. Each kiddo had a comfy bed. It was clean & tidy. There is a park & playground across the street which was definitely a bonus after my Kids had been in the car for hours. I felt completely safe. It’s located near CFA, Starbucks, & a family-friendly local burger joint called Huey’s. We travel through Memphis on our way to see family. This place will be our go to from now on!

Cute place, close to downtown

Plenty of beds and space plus nice kitchen/dining/living room space to hang out in. The neighborhood is questionable in spots but we had no issues. Super cute decor!

Clean and convenient

The house is very clean and comfortable, all modern appliances and plenty of room to spread out. The check-in process was easy. We enjoyed being close enough to the attractions we wanted to see ( Graceland, Beale st, Bass Pro ) but not right in the congestion. Gene and Ann are very accommodating hosts ! We will be back in the spring

Hi there, we are Ann and Gene! We are real estate investors here in Memphis and we are thrilled to have you to stay in our first VR. Outside of Gene’s day job, you can find us working on or on the hunt for our next “Fixer Upper”! We have 2 children (well not really children anymore!) J (M-29) & R (F-26) who both helped us with the renovation of our 100 year old home. R, the self proclaimed “Chief Decorating Officer”, takes pride in the homes decor and we hope you find it as fun as we do. J, is a real estate investor as well and lives the street over! Welcome to Memphis, the home of the blues and the best BBQ in the US!
