The Kamaole Beach Royale #409 is conveniently located one block from beautiful Kamaole Beach I. This half-mile long beach is perfect for walking, swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles with your keiki (children). The condo is within easy walking distance from a wide range of shopping and restaurants ranging from local fast food, ice cream, fabulous seafood, and many ethnic restaurants. There is a health food grocery store and rental shops for snorkeling and beach equipment within a block of the condo.

Once you arrive, you can settle into a relaxing vacation with all your needs met within a short distance. If you have an adventurous spirit, our condo will provide you an excellent base for exploring the many sights of Maui.

Our condo is located on the 4th floor with an excellent view of the ocean and sunset. The condo features a new HDTV and wifi wireless internet. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were completely remodeled in 2017. The unit is fully equipped, including beach chairs and mats plus beach toys. During humpback whale season, you can watch the whales breaching while you eat breakfast on the lanai.

The afternoon trade winds provide a cool breeze to finish the day. The rooftop barbecue area provides a fabulous view of the sunset while you prepare your dinner and dine al fresco. Please be our guest in beautiful Kihei, Maui at Kamaole Beach Royale #409.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Love KBR but...

We have been staying at KBR for many years. We have always loved the location and the units. Our complaint is this. KBR has become much less kid friendly than in years past. Being constantly pestered that our Grandkids were being too loud either in the pool (during daylight hours) or on the 7th floor trying to enjoy dinner together at sunset (by the older guests or owners). Either advertise as adult only or... let the kids have some fun so parents can enjoy a nice vacation without feeling the stress if our kids/grandkids make a peep. Location and units are fantastic... some owners and property maintenance guy (xxx) need to chill out a bit.

Perfect little condo

Really one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Been coming to Maui for 5 consecutive years now. I appreciate the hardwood flooring because carpet grosses me out. Place comes with umbrella, chairs, cooler. Wish the cooler was smaller for short trips to the beach, but really, if that's all I'm complaining about then that's ok. Less than 5 min walk to south end of kam 1 beach. Good view of the ocean and can even see whales spouting in the distance.

Great condo in Kihei

This condo had everything we needed — easy parking, central location, walkable to the beach, ocean views, full kitchen, and A/C. I have stayed in Kihei before so I knew what to expect. Another great feature were the shops next door for renting snorkel gear or buying groceries.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with utensils etc. The only downside was the noise from traffic on South Kehei road.

Great accommodations!

Very nice accommodations. Great location , just a walk across the street to one of the nicest beaches in Maui .Plenty of beach necessities, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and so on. There’s also a little market and shopping center within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and wonderful view!

The condo has a lovely view, is well equipped and the location is situated for easy access to beaches, restaurants and sightseeing. The property manager is great, responsive and helpful. Try the food trucks, they’re excellent!

Great Location

2nd time in this building, first in this unit. We like this location for the restaurants next door, and the close access to beach plus the food truck park/shopping area just a mile north. Saw a turtle and fish swimming with just googles this visit at the beach across the street. Only complaints/reqquest would be to bump up your soap provided (2 very small-silver dollar sized soaps in bathroom for sink and shower), and an inexpensive boogie board would be handy. Thought the bed was comfortable. Appliances all worked etc. and plenty of storage space for clothes when unpacking.

Gorgeous View and So Close to Beach!

This location is PERFECT! First day we saw whales breaching from the lanai. The only minor issue we had was getting the bedroom cool enough. There is ac, but it’s in the main room. Most nights we would open all the windows to cool off the apartment; but if it wasn’t very windy, that back room was a little warm. They had a couple of fans that really helped, though. Otherwise, amazing stay! We’ll definitely come back! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs , too!

Incredible location and views

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very well stocked with supplies and the location and views were perfect!! Whales putting on a show right out front everyday! Pretty much everything we could want or need was within blocks. Major bonuses were the rooftop deck with quality bbqs and the Aloha room on the main floors. When you were at the beach or pool, the Aloha room was so convenient for our use. Rooftop was so much fun to meet others staying in the building with big tables for groups of people to eat/ drink and enjoy the sunset views . We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location and great views!

The condo had everything we needed! Loved the location and the views. The bed was a bit uncomfortable to us. We prefer a softer bed. We also had a little trouble with the bedroom tv - but probably user error! Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely recommend it!

Roaches wouldn't go away

The management company tried to help and were very accessible, but there is a serious cockroach problem in this condo. I didn't use the kitchen for that reason, but the bugs were other places as well. I have been coming to Kihei for twelve years and have never had an issue like this with bugs before. While the location was great, I didn't have a good time here because of the bugs running around me all the time I was here.

Great location and unit. The building is easily accessible to the beach. Minimum two minute walk. the space was very comfortable and quiet. The only issue was the bugs in the kitchen, we understand that this isn’t the property owners fault. It was easy to check in and the communication with instructions was very detailed. They checked in to see if we needed anything during our day.

Beautiful sunsets!

Excellent

This condo has excellent location and excellent ocean view (especially if you like sunsets). It is very close to one of the best beaches of Kihei (Kamaole I). It is very well equipped too: you have everything you need even if you prefer cooking at home. Beds are very comfortable, even the folding sofa. Beach accessories (chairs, umbrella and towels) is also a pleasant addition. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is absolutely perfect! The condo is clean and has everything you need for a trip. Location is wonderful. The beach in front of property is frequented by many turtles. Our first day there was a turtle sleeping on the sand and the next day we saw 6 turtles swimming within 2 hours! Plus great food in all directions. Perfect place for a trip in Maui!

Amazing location & amazing view! Would stay again!

Loved this property! My husband And I had the pleasure of staying here (Condo could certainly accommodate a small family). Absolutely great location and very clean! Everything you need was provided from beach gear, kitchen utilities, and bathroom products! The bed was comfortable and linens were soft! We would definitely stay here again. Condo has also been renovated and new floors were put in from original photos we saw when booking, such a great surprise! Thank you for a great experience!
