Ocean views from bedrooms & living room, full kitchen recently updated w/brand-new granite countertops & appliances, washer/dryer in unit, 2 full bathrooms, half bathroom, living room, open dining area, cable TV & high-speed Internet. Propane tank for grill provided. Outdoor shower, grill & picnic area. Two off-street parking spots included, additional parking & propane can be provided upon request, additional fee may apply.

Reservations under seven nights may be subject to additional fee.

A Nice Place

The location is great and within walking distance of the beach/boardwalk. The house itself is a nice property and included all the necessities. There were a couple instances of problems with parking from other people but it was resolved. Could use some fixing up in one or two spots but overall I thought it was a comfortable stay. Lots of salt rocks and lights.

My friends and I stayed at this listing and here was our experience.Pros: -Great location, walkable to downtown and right by the water-Easy to get around Hampton.-Okay communication from host-House was comfortableCons:-Very crowded, it was difficult to move around without being blocked by something, cluttered.-There was cat hair everywhere and the place did not seem clean-Not correctly listed, this was not a 3 bedroom and could no way house 14 people at a time, we had 9 and even that felt overcrowded-Had to play Tetris to get my car (a small Subaru) to fit because the parking that was said to be provided was almost nonexistent

The location was great, and the property definitely has a lot of potential. But unfortunately, our experience didn’t reflect what was advertised or the amount we paid—including an additional 75 fee for a one-night stay.The listing stated it was a 3-bedroom, but it wasn’t, which created issues since we had 12 people. The hot tub was dirty and not functioning, the sauna wasn’t working or accessible, doors were broken. Smoke detectors were removed from the walls, and there were visible handprints and grime on walls throughout the home.Every corner of the house—inside and out—was filled with excessive furniture, clutter, and debris. There were sunflower seed shells all over the patio, broken items left outside, and the overall space felt more like a dumping ground than a vacation rental.I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most unprepared properties I’ve stayed in. With some serious cleaning, repairs, this place could be great—but as of now, I wouldn’t recommend it.We were truly disappointed upon arrival.

Too Cluttered

Great little town. However, the townhouse stated it had 3 bedrooms for up to 14 people. There were 2 bedrooms plus a bonus room. The bedrooms were nice but the other places to sleep consisted of old futons. The living room, kitchen and game room were so crowded it was hard to move around - and there were only 5 of us.The yard was non-existent because of so much stuff cluttering the grounds. The host was great helping us before we arrived but once we arrived, the host did not answer questions and the phone numbers to other contacts went straight to voicemail.Fantastic location, great ambiance around the town but the accomodations are a little claustrophobic and help was hard to find.

Not three bedrooms.

This listing is NOT three bedrooms. It is two bedrooms, one master and a room suitable for a bunch of kids. There are futons that fold out into beds if people don’t mind staying in the living area. The futons are the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever used. There is way too much “stuff” all over this house. Lights, lights, more lights, salt rocks, salt rocks, gem rocks, gem rocks, more lights. It was cool for about five minutes then it was all in the way. The counters are completely covered with every appliance imaginable and enough little wooden trays for an army. You can’t really use the front or back yard unless you wiggle sideways between all the furniture. The smoke detector was dismantled. There were some cool gadgets, but they left no directions how to use anything. The thermostat took us three days to figure out. Every mini blind in the place is broken, for the price that is being charged in the off-season, someone should be able to afford new blinds. The view was as advertised and we loved hearing the ocean. The arcade machine has no volume control, and it makes noise 24-7. There is no parking. I was told there would be parking for two, if your car is a small sedan, you might have enough room, anything else, it will stick out in the road (because there is more stuff outside) and probably get dinged. We ended up calling the police department and parking along the road, thankfully it was the off season. Screen door handle looks like it’s been broken for a while.

1 night stay

Home was in a good location. Although home was in need of some repairs, shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere, bathtub looked dirty, but was just peeling. TV remotes did not work, even after replacing batteries. Upstairs renters made tons of noise at 1 am, waking everyone up. Only 2 towels provided and no warning to bring linens, towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Tried to contact property manager with no answer. Very good location, close to strip and the beach. Home could have been more prepared for guests.

Not correctly Listed

My family was under the impression that this was a 3 bedroom. It is not! Its a 2 with a closet they are calling a bedroom. The views are georgeous but it is not listed correctly. Members of my family that paid good money drove home each night because there was not enough bedrooms. This would be good for a husband wife and kids. The living room is not a bedroom. This was the most falsly advertised VRBO i have ever rented.

A mixed bag

A mixed experience: Wonderful location, beach access and view! Sleep to the crashing waves. Easy parking. Large tvs and fantastic master shower. However, the home is listed as a 3 bdrm. rental, and it is not. It does have 2 reg. futons and1 very small one on the 1st floor for extra guests, but only 2 bdrms. Cleanliness and comfort were variable, as the house is extremely cluttered with extension cords and excessive items plugged in everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. It is certainly not child or pet friendly. The rental also lists a propane grill with propane tank (provided), and a fire pit - but upon arrival we were told there would be an additional fee for these items.

We were in town for our son’s graduation from UNH. There were 10 of us. The house was in a perfect location! We loved being right at the beach. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Amazing

unfortunately couldn't go due to I covid but the hosts were extremely helpful to the other members of our group. We went up to celebrate some birthdays and the hosts gave each birthday person salt lamps. Such a great gesture. The house was amazing with beautiful decor it was extremely peaceful and serene. The ocean is steps away. I'm very grateful to the hosts for how they treat my guests and can't wait to return so I can enjoy it for myself!

Ease of access to the beach...perfect. Parking...not a problem. KB is within walking distance for morning coffee and bagels, afternoon ice cream. Sleeping arrangements were not the best for our group. It is advertised as sleeps 14, but 8 is probably the max realistically. We really had to childproof for our 2 year old. There are lots of knickknacks. The property is clean and a first floor powder room was great for our elderly family members. Has an outdoor shower to wash off sand before coming back inside. Washer and dryer a plus. And pet friendly was a huge bonus. Kitchen offered plenty of cooking prep.

Best place around!

This home was exceptional! There are so many nice touches. My family & i feel lucky to have stumbled across this and we plan on returning every year. We were going to go out to eat but everyone wanted to stay in the house which is so beautifully decorated and has a perfect atmosphere. We ended up getting take-out and eating together in front of the fireplace. My family didn't want to leave but we know we'll be back. This was one of if not the best getaway my family & i ever had together. Five stars all around.
