38mÂČ apartment located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of building B in RĂ©sidence Fleuralpes, 320 metres from the main gondola and ski school meeting points, and 350 metres from the village centre. It features a south-facing balcony with views over the village.
The accommodation includes one bedroom with a double bed (window opening onto the corridor of the residence), a closed mountain alcove with bunk beds, and a living room with a double sofa bed (clic-clac type).
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and four electric hobs.
Additional features include a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection (Livebox 7160), washing machine, garage no. 209, ski locker, as well as individual electric heating and hot water. Access to the building is via a heated ramp. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
Friendsâ option: Several other flats are available in the same residence (ref. FLA211, FLB105, FLB207, FLB104, FLB313).
Additional services are available to book, including end-of-stay cleaning, linen hire, and baby equipment. During the winter season, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment hire. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays).
