With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here about two years ago and decided to return. Room is great, balcony is peaceful and price is great. We love the breakfast that’s included as well as the movie box. Will return in the future ❀

Thankful for the staff

The staff was perfect! Efficient and friendly. The room was perfectly clean. However, the mattress was super hard and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. With a few improvements the stay would have be wonderful.

Sad to say it was disappointing

Overall the room and service was a disappointment. This was not like any resort or hotel I have ever stayed at. It was not run like a resort or hotel but more like an airbnb. That was not was I was expecting and the staff was not helpful at all.

Had to pay for parking cause hotel parking too full. And to top it off my kitchen Didn’t NOTHING TO COOK IN WHATSOEVER. I called front desk they keep telling me housekeeper coming after 3 hrs still nothing . Food went to waste

Nice property

Overall, we had a nice time, and the price was definitely right. The room itself was nothing special, almost like staying in a hotel. It definitely did not have the space that I am used to staying in, but you get what you pay for. We felt the room was adequate, bed was comfy, room was clean, kitchen we only used the frig, we appreciated the free coffee pouches to make coffee, much better then buying some and wasting it, but the bathroom was tiny with absolutely NO water pressure. The shower was a rain like shower head that you had to basically hug the wall to get completely wet. I don't think complaining to the front desk about this would have done anything to fix it, it needs to be completely replaced. What we did like however was the added extras you received rolled into the price. The breakfast everyday was nice, nothing special, but free, free DVD rentals even though we didn't use them it was a nice feature, pool towels to exchange when needed, (told we could not use them at the beach). Staff was always present and helpful; building was always being cleaned and smelled nice, great location.

Great little getaway

Everything was great. Room was clean, we had everything we needed! Pools were great, clean and refreshing. Beach access was easy and there were showers to rinse off in. We were close to a pizza place and ice cream parlor if we wanted a snack and it was only about a 30min walk to the sky wheel.

Great! EVERYTHING is great!

Room was very clean. Had an outstanding view. Was conveniently located to everything. Perks that I LOVE free breakfast buffet and free DVDs to watch. This was a recharge trip for my husband and I and that’s exactly what we got. We will be back soon!

A quick one night stay

The place is in the perfect area right on the beach the building is nice looking the front desk person was very nice but the bed and the upholster chair in the room for the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. No sleep was had by hubby nor me that night.

So-so

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and definitely our last. Management has changed hands over the years since our last stay and it’s noticeable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. Coming into the room for the first time it smelled clean but there was cobwebs in the curtains, the baseboards had dust/dirt and the floor could have been cleaner. We spilled some sunscreen and when we cleaned it up a good amount of dirt/dust came with it. Otherwise the staff is really nice and the view is beautiful.
