With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Good experience

Stayed with my two children for 4 days. Great beach access and close to Boardwalk. Pool was cold and covered pool area was dirty/water needed treated. Both hot tubs were not usable. Otherwise, great room, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Breakfast was great and mini-golf access was a nice addition which the kids loved.

Very disappointed

Paid for extended checkout and got locked out of our room. Happens all the time as per maintenance that let us in. Vacasa would not refund the money I paid for the extended checkout. They said there is nothing they can do.

Ok, for a short getaway

I chose the location based on the distance to the Stadium where my daughter's college team was completing. It was close to lots of eateries and within walking distance to the boardwalk. As for the rental- The checkin process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was dirty, outdated and in need of repair. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Toilet barely flushed. Slider handle was falling off and the outside handle missing. Staff was unresponsive when additional towels or toilet paper was needed. Would not recommend.

Pleasant Trip

Pros: The water is so hot I feel certain the insurance company is charging them more. This is coming from a woman who normally goes full hot at hotels. I couldn’t handle the full hot and it was PERFECT. The bath I took was significantly warmer than the hot tub. Also, the room is exactly as pictured. The bed is comfortable and sleep was great. We got a text that the room was cleaned early, so we could have arrived early - which was nice, but we had to work. Sitting on the balcony was great. I do wish there were lights on each balcony, but otherwise I have no complaints about the unit. Love VACASA because of the passes, and thank you for the breakfast buffet. FYI, it’s so crowded on the weekend mornings you need to arrive early, bring a fully charged phone and plan to wait, or eat elsewhere. Free DVDs are awesome too, but there is enough to do out here that we never even turned the TV on. It’s fairly quiet! We came down for our anniversary and this room is at the end of the hall, which is really nice. Yet, even the hallways and property were quiet. Cons: My cons have nothing to do with the room - all regarding the property and staff, which I believe might be out of VACASA’s control đŸ€·đŸŸâ€â™€ïž. The parking garage is a block away. Literally. As you expect it’s tight, but it is unfortunately dark as well. There is more light outside, as you walk through an alley between one fairly nice looking hotel and one possibly abandoned one. I propose the Carolinian buy the abandoned hotel, so their parking lot can be across the street. Housekeeping makes you come downstairs for your needs. Speaking of staff, the customer service of this building is poor, at best. Staff spend time on their phones - to the point they do not notice you standing in front of them - napping at the desks (literally head down, sleepy eyed when I said “hi” to the man on his phone), etc. Let me clarify, this was the night crew. The AM staff were pleasant and friendly. All-in-all a great trip. Paid a great price for the room and for the two of us, it was good.

Not the Best

The only view from the balcony is to the north, can't see to the south at all. Asked to change rooms and said it couldn't be done though the hotel was clearly not at capacity. The bathtub was very slow to drain, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work which is probably why there is black mold behind the door at the bottom of the tub. This was our second time staying there, and it will be our last.
