We propose you to rent, on the commune of Le Tampon, in the North of Saint Pierre, this charming villa "Ty Lodge" with panoramic sea view, of a surface of 140 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers for a stay in family, between friends or professional.
It is composed of a nice living room, an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a tropical garden of about 500 m² and two varangues (terraces). Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included. Ideally located for a stay with family, friends or business, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation on the ground floor, accessible from the car park by a staircase, is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A 36 m² living room with TV, bluetooth sound bar, telephone, sofa, armchairs, various storage units, ventilation and heating systems and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, hob, Senseo coffee pods, filter coffee maker, radio...
Night space:
Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe/closet, ventilation and heating equipment. One of the bedrooms has an electric recliner bed.
- Bathroom with Creole bath/shower, double washbasin, electric towel rail, washing machine and tumble dryer
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of about 500m² with vacoas, palm trees, coconut trees, tropical flowers.
- Two terraces of about 20 m² facing south-west, with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with furniture (table, chairs, heated parasol for the winter evenings).
- A barbecue
- A spa that can accommodate 4 to 6 travelers under a canopy, with Airjets and Hydrojets massages, sea view and tropical garden.

For even more comfort, the following additional equipment is provided: ironing board and iron, baby bed and carrycot.

The house is ideally located in Le Tampon, in a quiet and residential environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, theatres, cinemas...

You are ideally located between the sea and the mountains, close to the most beautiful hiking sites of the island, the Volcano, the Sud Sauvage, the charm of the old town of Saint-Pierre. You can also, in less than 30 minutes, go diving with the multicoloured fish of the lagoon.

Activities :
- Relaxing on the beach or water sports: diving, boat trip to see whales and dolphins...
- Nearby walks: Piton de la Fournaise, lava tunnels, Parc des Palmiers, Notre Dame de la Paix, Gorges du Bras de la Plaine, sentier du Littoral, le Gouffre, Forêt de Bébour-Bélouve as well as a number of other beautiful walks.
- Horse riding in the Plains, Le Tampon, Bassin Plat and Étang Salé.
- Visits : Cité du Volcan, Piton de la Fournaise, Entre-Deux village (Creole and artisanal village), colonial town of Saint-Pierre, Domaine du Café Grillé, Maison de l'Ananas, Saga du Rhum.
- Events: Strawberry festival, Garlic festival, Sugar cane festival, Les Etoiles du Terroir, Sakifo Festival.

Transport :
By car, you can park directly on the private car park of the house, with 2 enclosed spaces and 2 private spaces in the street.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport: Roland Garros in Saint-Denis (1h15)
- Public transport is not very well developed on Reunion Island with infrequent bus services. From the bus station or the Trois Mares town hall, you can access a network of buses serving several destinations on the island. Several bus stops are less than 5 minutes from the villa.

- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
