With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Good for weekend getaway

The room was smaller than I’d imagined from the pictures, but was fine for a long weekend stay. Room was clean and property was quiet enough for its location on the strip. We loved the free breakfast included at Magnolia’s right across the street! The lazy river was small and heated which we did not love.

Good for a weekend stay

Room was smaller than I had guessed from the pictures, but fine for a weekend at the beach. Room was clean and property was quiet enough to be by the trip. We loved the complimentary breakfast at Magnolia’s right across the street. The lazy river is heated just FYI!

Great for the price

The hotel is not exclusive, but is just the perfect option if you want to stay in a nice, clean place, with very friendly staff, right on the beach, for a reasonable price. The one star less is for the breakfast buffet in The Magnolias the hotel has a contract with - it really isn’t anything special, more like meh, and I would gladly pay a little extra fee for much better options.

Nice place !

This place is nice! It is not luxurious but you get what you pay for. Room was clean. Right on the beach, walking distance to pier and food. Free Breakfast across the street was amazing!!
