There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Good for the price!

It was a pleasant stay overall very clean and around a lot of places. The price was great. Access to beach was right there not far of a walk at all. Tiffany at the front desk was AWESOME great customer service!!

Great time

This is right in the beach with a perfect beach view. Kitchen has all I needed. The pools and hot tubs were clean and never crowded. I loved how dog friendly it was

Great beach stay!

We stayed at Ocean Park Resort over Memorial Day weekend. It was clean, staff was very friendly and the location on the beqch was perfect! The unit was small but adequately stocked. We even enjoyed renting a DVD for some down time. I definitely recommend Ocean Park Resort.

Loved that the property was pet friendly! There was dogs everywhere! lol Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean, except the floors had a film to them that made them feel dirty. Hard to keep sand swept up & the popcorn ceiling was falling off & getting everywhere. Overall nice stay.

Great vacation stay, just not very handicap accessible to pool and beach

I had a great experience and vacation at this property. I went with my 2 kids and my best friends family for a week. We had an amazing time. The room was completely clean and smelled good. No stale or moldy smells that you sometimes get when staying in hotels that are along a beach area. The balcony view was beautiful on the 4th floor. I would love to see how it looked up on the 10th floor because I had hoped to be able to see if there was any sea creatures swimming in the water lol. The only problems I had mainly was the pool areas and their beach access. They do not have a ramp down the stairs to any of the pool areas or either beach access. Both are pretty steep stairs. Once down them it’s not that far to reach a good spot to enjoy the sun and ocean but just getting there is a struggle with a rolator Walker. There would have been no way to get there with a beach wheel chair unless you walked out of the main hotel doors and around to one of the beach access streets which would be an out of the way entrance to the beach making it not convenient. Also if you are a smoker, there is NO designated areas anywhere on the property to allow you to smoke not even on the balcony so you have to leave the premises if you need your nightly smoke before bed. They have security walking the premises all night so don’t even try to sneak on the balcony because they check. While sitting out there at night I would see them patrolling. Which is great to make sure no trespassers are there. I would still stay here again because beach access though not handicap accessible was very short walk to the actual beach and the room was very clean. I hope they consider in the near future to at least have handicap beach and pool access to have a ramp so that those who have to rely on mobility assistance can go to the areas safely and without someone having to help them.

It’s a nice room

The room has a great view and is nice, but it does have some issues when it come to cleanliness, I had to request new sheets because the ones on the bed were stained, knifes were dull and the air conditioner unit was leaking water like crazy making the balcony damp most of the time. Most of the staff was super nice, however they do not offer late checkout for what I was told even though the reservation email says yes, the view is gorgeous, the room is spacious and organized.

Water stayed on the floor in bathroom . Knob broke off shower took them all day to fix. Small & cramped. Really need to be updated. Ceiling is messed up

The pictures do not tell the whole story of the rooms. The property is old and needs to be updated. There was a weird smell when we first got in to the hotel room. Then came the cockroaches. During our stay we encountered four cockroaches that we saw. We told the front desk and they offered to spray. I feel like that wasn’t enough. Why do you have roaches to begin with? We didn’t pay a lot which is probably why the room was they way it was. The amenities were nice but not enough for me to stay there again with the extra guests(roaches)

Nice stay

Loved the location and care taken to improve appearance of property. The spotlights on top of the building are a major negative, I enjoy the night sky and the spotlights are contributors to light pollution. Also the over-kill on security cameras is a turn off. Overall, enjoyed stay.
