Welcome to our updated, ground level, easy access guest suite. Enjoy your private studio apartment that features a king bed, WIFI, WIFI TV, private bath, kitchenette, microwave & coffee maker. The community pool and hot tub are located across the street. We are conveniently located near San Ignacio and Canoa Ranch golf courses, highway access, walking paths and bike routes. Madera Canyon is a short drive away if you are looking for great Mountain hiking at a variety of levels. Tubac is a short 20 minute drive south and it features a variety of art galleries, jewelry stores and crafted hand made pieces. Tucson is a 30 minute drive north where you can access everything the area has available including Mt Lemmon. This is a great spot to land if you want to check out Green Valley and the surrounding area.

Stay in Green Valley Az.

Nice place, small but comfortable and it worked fine for us. Good place to walk. Close to golf, shopping and freeway access. Small one person kitchen area but it worked. Very quiet place and great hosts. They worked hard to make sure we were comfortable.

Very nice updated studio with several amenities. I appreciated the extra towels, kitchen supplies, and waters. I would definitely book this studio again.

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean property. Greater than expected toiletries supplied. Perfect stay for those wanting to be in the Green Valley area. Will certainly plan a return visit.

The place was absolutely perfect served our needs to a T. Perfect distance between Tucson and Tubac we couldn't have been happier. And the property had everything we needed. Just hope we weren't too loud not that we were partying it up for anything LOL we're just loud people cuz we're Old . Thanks again

Quiet Neighborhood, safe location, comfortable accomodations

The host Tom greeted us as we arrived and told us to let him know if we needed anything during our stay. Our bedroom unit was attached to the hosts home but they were quiet which allowed us to sleep in as we had two late nights over New Year's Eve and New Year's as we were celebrating with our good friends who live in Green Valley. The only improvement needed is a microwave cover to prevent splatters and a handheld shower would have been nice to have and a curtain over the window on the right of the entry door as the light coming into the room from this made watching TV difficult. Other than this, the bed and chairs in the unit were quite comfortable and the coffeemaker and fridge worked well. Thanks for a nice 3-night stay.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Kim & Tom are wonderful hosts who can make any winter Arizonian right a home! This is a lovely quiet little development in an excellent location with easy access to Green Valley. Additionally, a heated pool and hot tub are just across the street with golf courses within walking distance and community centers also closeby. We hope we can return!

Perfect!

This studio/lockoff is a great find! It's been totally updated by the new owners, and I had the pleasure of being their first guest! Tom and Kim are amazing hosts, and the neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. This gem is located near Ocotillo and Canoa Ranch golf courses, and there are other courses nearby. I enjoyed visiting friends in the area, spending a day in Tubac, and searching for a vacation home. I love the Green Valley area, and staying at this property is at the top of my list!

My husband Tom and I purchased our Villa in August of 2020. We visited the area in the late winter/early spring of 2020 and immediately fell in love with location and area. During the months of May through September, we reside in Detroit Lakes Minnesota where we have a home on Cotton Lake. We also have a cabin on our property at Cotton Lake that we rent to guests during those months.
