Relax and unwind in this cozy, second-story condo boasting a beautiful view of the sound and is only two blocks away from the Gulf. The complex itself has a shared outdoor pool, a covered pavilion with charcoal grills and seating for cookouts, and direct water access to the serene sound waters. The private pier offers fishing enthusiasts the perfect spot to land their next catch of the day.

The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are easily accessed via public beach access. Not far from this getaway is the National Seashore which offers miles of white sandy dunes and unobstructed views of the Gulf.

Wonderful stay! Perfect for just me and my husband. We enjoyed the peaceful location and beautiful waterfront view. Only downside was the bed. Wasn't terribly comfortable. Also, we could not find the trash chute that the instructions said there was by the elevator. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

Great Location

The room was nice, comfortable and a/c worked great! Conveniently located, just minutes from the beach. For those that need a hair dryer, that was the only thing I needed that wasn’t provided. We would stay here again!

This condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and was like sleeping on box springs. There are no complaints besides the bed. It had everything we needed.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and clean, the A/C worked great, and the bay view was beautiful. The only issue was that our code did not work when checking in. We called the guest services and they were able to fix it for us. We also were not left wristbands, but we were able to get those as well very quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great location! Easy access to beach. Apartment was very nice with stylish and comfortable accommodations. The view of the bay out of our window was beautiful. Easy check-in and checkout. We could hear the people above us walking around, but nothing that disturbed our stay. The only downside is that we couldn’t watch March Madness in the evening athere was no regular TG.

Has a perfect view of the sunsets and is beautifully decorated. You can see the pier right from the window. Comfy bed and the shower had good pressure and gets very hot. Definitely would stay here again

AC worked very well. Shower head and shower pressure not good. Bathroom and kitchen faucet not firmly attached to counterop. Main bed matress and frame not sufficient for good sleep. Sofa sleeper matress was also poor quality. I would not recommend property.

View of bay is fantastic. Not overly crowded for a holiday weekend. Very quiet. Unit clean and perfect for a couple. Would be tight for more than 2 people. Washer and dryer on property takes quarters or card. No machine to make change.

Good once we finally got inside

The first lock code to enter the unit did not work, so I had to message through the app and wait for someone to respond with a new code. We used it to get in and drop a few items, but locked the door on our way out. Upon the second try, the new code did not work! Therefore, more waiting for the Vacasa rep to respond to our request. Finally, he connected me to a "local" rep who sent me a different lock code that worked throughout our stay. The room was fine and we didn't have any other problems with the unit. We got a Vacasa message on day 2 that the complex would be closing the pool the next day (for the remainder of our stay) to drain it and repair a problem. That's never happened to me anywhere else! We enjoyed the dock and a place to fish.

The Heart of the property! Great location

This spot was perfect for empty nesting! So well decorated and modern. This unit sits in the middle of the pier which makes your bedroom viewing and site seeing a double plus! The air conditioning was perfect, kitchen was cute and clean. We are already looking for August dates. The public beach entrance was not far. But the property has a small corner of sand if you want a sample! No pool but we didn’t miss it! The breeze inside the gazebo was amazing too! This unit was great!!!

Awesome view

The condo was as cute as can be and very clean. We had a few issues with it: the couch was broken and had a brick and piece of wood under it, it was very uncomfortable due to the cushions sinking in on you. Also the towels and wash cloth's were rough, the exfoliated you whether you wanted it or not. I would most definitely recommend VACASA
