It is 30 mÂČ, has a nice living room, a furnished terrace and a shared pool and can accommodate four people.
Its location is ideal: in a quiet area, close to the sea and the beach, and 1.8 km from the city center.

The studio is 30 square meters, has a garden, a nice furnished terrace, a shared pool and can accommodate up to four people. Come with friends or family!
The living area consists of a sleeping area with a bunk bed; a relaxation area with a sofa bed; a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Fan, Barbecue. For your comfort, a professional cleaning is performed before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is ideally located near the city center, 6 minutes walk from the Plage de la Salis, 12 minutes from the Plage du Ponteil and 5 minutes from Juan les Pins.
Its greatest asset is its location, which allows you to discover the most famous tourist sites such as
the Villa Thuret at 2 minutes, the Picasso Museum at 6 minutes, the Archaeology Museum at 5 minutes, the Chùteau de la Croë at 9 minutes, and many others...
