Nearly instant interstate access! Enjoy!
The space
Welcome to Downtown Indy! We hope we can provide you with a comfortable, relaxing place to stay while giving you access to all that Indianapolis has to offer. The master bedroom offers the most comfortable king size bed we've ever slept on! Two twin beds occupy the loft - perfect for the kids. The common living space contains sleeping space for 3 additional guests. The Keurig and coffee supplies are for your morning pleasure, as well as basic breakfast items.
Please keep music and noise down to respect the neighbors. NO SMOKING OR PARTIES in the house, please. There is free street parking on College Ave. and surrounding streets.

Varför värden valde detta boende
Perfect location, historic neighborhood, and lots of character. We always wanted a place we could add our own touches to and we love sharing it with others.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We are two blocks from Mass Ave, where you'll find Old National Center (Murat Theater). It's one mile from Banker's Life Fieldhouse, and less than two miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and the convention center. Almost instant access to the interstate.
