It's just a fantastic place, everything perfect, couldn't be better, great view from the balcony down to Ullswater and the mountains in the distance, we enjoyed our stay very much

We loved our stay at the property. Very well equipped, beautiful scenery, extremely clean, comfortable beds, heaps of space and fantastically quiet location. What a Superb Holiday Home

If it was possible to rate the location of this property any higher than 5 stars, we certainly would. The views from the cottage are simply magnificent, and the cottage is a great place to spend a week in the Lakes. We hope to return !

Lovely property

We had a fantastic week in the beautiful Lakes. The view over Ullswater is amazing, and the property is very comfortable for a family of four, with a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of helpful touches too like maps and books of walks in the area, and a bluetooth speaker. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting, lovely property

A well presented, clean home from home. Comfy beds, plenty of space and nice touches like well stocked book shelves and a basket of games. Would definitely come back if we want to revisit this area of the lakes.

Excellent holiday accommodation

A great deal of thought had obviously gone the planning of the barn conversion and it was carried out to a high standard. There was every thing you could need in the property for an enjoyable holiday. The location was very good and the views from the balcony were stunning. I look forward to further stays in the future.

Wreay Barn - what a place!

Wreay Barn is just fantastic accommodation. Secluded but handy, comfy, cosy, good showers, great beds, owners that have put thought into what people need from their stay, & excellent communication from the owners too. & as for that view! Reading through the visitors book so many people mention staying multiple times - we'll almost certainly be doing the same.

Stunning view of lake Ullswater

We stayed here for a little break after our wedding to relax. The views from the balcony are a must see. The property itself is top quality we couldn't fault a thing. It is also in a good location for exploring the lakes without being in the hustle and bustle of the main villages. A great place to getway and relax

Lovely place to spend Christmas

Our three generations really enjoyed Christmas in this beautiful house. We especially loved sitting outside on the balcony, feeling the wild weather and enjoying the scenery. House is comfortable, warm and really well-equipped, hosts are super-responsive, and location is perfect. Highly recommend.
