80’s Retro Themed Lakefront with Amazing Views Game Rm Open Cabin-Fiber WiFi

Fiber WiFi-Beautiful secluded 2 Story Lake view home with a very open floor plan on first level, beautiful staircase and 2 decks to view Lake Eufaula. 2500 sq. Ft. large yard! We have water access, with a short walk behind the home for endless fishing! 1 mile from Xtreme marina/ramp, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, beaches in Longtown and town of Eufaula. Guest are sure to enjoy open floor plan, with pool table, shuffleboard , dartboard, cornhole and lots of other family fun things (fully furnished)! 4 bedrooms, 2 bath (bath on each floor) large deck downstairs, smaller deck upstairs. 2 living areas, and fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for family gatherings with larger groups. Nice quiet area, but close to town if you need grocery’s or anything else. There’s even a storm seller if needed.

The space
Beautiful lake views from upper deck as well, large open floor plan. House sits on approx. 1 acre, close to town and restaurants, groceries, marina. Everything you need is available. Outside bbq grill, and large griddle . Lots of games and toys for the kids (playroom on first level).

Guest access
Guest have entire access to house and property. Downstairs includes 2 living room areas, bar area and fully furnished kitchen with all your cooking needs!

Other things to note
We have a tankless hot water heater, so you never run out of hot water! WiFi is fiber too!!

This is our families beautiful vacation home! We continue to have great times while we are there, so we decided to share and let others make amazing family memories too!

Overall, we had a good time together and our needs were more than met. The pool table was fun for the whole family. However, we chose this house over another because of the 2 person kayak listed. We also didn’t bring our own because of this. There was no kayak. That was a bummer. The photos could be more accurate. The fire pit had a decayed broken down set of furniture. Not like what was pictured. Getting to the water was impossible for our older family members. Again, a more accurate picture would’ve represented that better.

Perfect Family stay

The house and property were perfect. Room for family to enjoy multiple activities, but still be together. Relaxing time out by the fire pit. Swings to entertain the kiddos. Beautiful area to take walks and enjoy the area. Loved everything about it!

Great stay!

This property was great, and the owners were awesome to work with! They left a personalized gift basket, and had more than enough towels, blankets, and full size toiletries to accomodate our large party. Loved it!

A Great Place to Stay!

It’s a great place to stay...a home away from home. It’s loaded with things to do - from billiards, to shuffleboard, darts, board games, corn hole, and more. The kitchen is well equipped to cover most of your cooking needs. Well appointed and very comfortable place to stay in the Eufaula area. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great family home.

Loved the great room with all the games. Decor is fun with lots of “shabby” touches. Lake Eufaula has lots of lake activities and the downtown area has plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.

Lake Eufala Getaway

Comfortable stay for large group. Enjoyed both living areas as well as plenty of room for dining. Pool table and shuffle board are an added bonus. Host is friendly and quick to respond to questions.

Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, had great time

Was raining so we spent more time than expected indoors, house was fun and had everything we needed. Really minor thing was gas range didn’t really have a low setting, but that worked fine with the cast iron. Susie was super responsive, and we loved the gift basket! Highly recommended.

30 annual guys family fishing trip.

Was everything we wanted. Plenty of room. 14 total guest. Between beds, air mattresses and couches had enough room. We loved the amenities in the evening when we were relaxing. Pool table, shuffle board, darts. We plan on staying there for our 31st fishing camp.

Wonderful, relaxing Get-A-Way

What a great home for our family vacation. We are ages 25-87 and all had a good time. We all thought the games were fun, but relaxing on the deck was also enjoyable. We enjoyed the house so much, we never went out to eat and grilled in every night. Susie was pleasant and responsive and we were greeted with a lovely snack basket. Also, we were not concerned about Covid as the house was very clean and sanitizers were located throughout the house - thanks for that!

Location close to lots of activities

Air conditioning upstairs could not keep up with the high temperatures. One bedroom was was 80-85 and was not able to sleep. Grill outside was not cleaned from previous folks.

90% good…All indoor facilities were well represented. Several outdoor items needed attention.

We were looking forward to our evenings spent around the firepit. However to use it we uncovered and cleaned off the seating of 3ft of leaves and the seating was in poor repair. There is virtually no outdoor lighting on the decks . There are light fixtures and motion cameras but no bulbs, in them, including the side door. This alone made it dangerous to grill on the deck and safely navigate the stairway to the yard and firepit.

Sizable - Fun Games - Well Managed

Susie (owner) was incredibly helpful and responsive - responded within a couple of hours if not minutes and provided a lot of great detailed information about the house and neighborhood. We were coming with two 3-year-olds and a 6-year old as well as 5 adults. There was a very thoughtful welcome basket with snacks, beach balls, and other toys for the kids there upon arrival, lots of board games, a kiddie pool, regulation shuffle board, and pool table all in great shape. paper products and a full kitchen was really helpful. Rooms were spacious, lots of beds and plenty of linens and towels for showers and beach. Huge deck was great for being outside with family and though we didn't use them, large well-kept grills were there for use as well. Close to downtown for groceries, take out, ice cream, etc. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend the property and owner for anyone needing a place in this area.

Wonderful home for family gathering

We loved our family time at this spacious, warm and comfortable home. Directions from Susie were great, neighborhood was quiet, kitchen was well-equipped and living spaces were very comfortable. We enjoyed the natural light from the numerous windows and watched a few birds too. I had my doubts that one full bathroom and a half-bath would be enough, but we had no issues. We had plenty of towels, linens and extra blankets. We loved the kitchen range with griddle! The weekend turned out to be below freezing so we didn’t enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked. The heat worked fine. The satellite TV was perfect for the bedlam game. We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Susie was very responsive with any questions. One con: one of the queen beds could have been firmer for my taste, but that was the only thing that could have made the stay more perfect.

House needed Cleaning, Outside Power washing and Yard work much needed

When my family and friends arrived we thought we had arrived at the wrong address. The photos are deceiving. 1. House was not clean, floors dirty and under the cushions of the couches they were nasty. 2. Lots of spiders in the home , windows inside needed cleaning. 3. Outside needed power washing especially the front porch and the deck. 4. Trees needed trimming and yard needed mowed. 5. Beds were not comfortable to sleep on either. Just was not what we were expecting for the price.
