The owner had to come by for a minor problem. She was immediately available and very quickly responded to resolve the issue. She was so easy to talk to. My family will be back in a few months- my third time renting so what does that say?

Overall, it was a very nice place. We wish that there would’ve been outlets by the bed. My husband has a medical device that has to be plugged in, so he had to sleep on the very small couch.

We stayed 4 weeks and it was so much nicer than a hotel! The host was kind enough to provide kitchen supplies including spices. It was well stocked. The location is convenient to what we needed. As noted by another reviewer, there is a lack of outlets so be sure to bring extension cords. With those, we made it work. It’s very spacious with a very comfortable bed! It worked out very well for our needs.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Comfortable. The host Donna was always easy to contact and always on top of things. The house was right downtown in walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shops. The house was perfect for my husband and I. We’ll definitely be back to stay.

Unique one bedroom duplex. Mrs. Donna was a super host and person. Duplex had a cozy feeling because of the furnishings within the dwelling.

Autumn trip to visit family

Duplex in old residential section of Pulaski. Hilly area that is rather charming. This location has fairly large lawns front and back. Easily accessible to everything in the area.

It was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Very difficult to put on makeup and fix hair. Only has a pedestal sink. No place to put curling iron ect. Electrical outlets are limited. A small makeup dresser with access to electrical outlets would make all the difference. A small tv in bedroom would be so nice. Overall it was good.

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

Gillade inte: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.Upon arrival, the apartment was in an unacceptable condition: the toilet was dirty, there were hairs and spider webs throughout the space, and the bed had visible stains. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness did not match the expectations set by the listing and reviews.Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable staying at the property at all and decided not to spend a single night there. I arranged alternative accommodation immediately.Communication with the host was limited, and instead of resolving the issue directly, I was asked to cancel the booking myself. The surrounding area also did not feel very pleasant or as expected.Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would advise future guests to carefully consider other options.
