Located a stone's throw from the Golf course and the pretty port, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay just a few minutes from the beach and shops. With a surface area of 33m², it will be ideal for 4 people. (possibility of 2 additional beds). It has a sofa bed (140) in the living room, a double bed (140) in the bedroom and 2 single bunk beds (90) in the cabin, not being suitable for children under 6 years – (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a washing machine and the toilets are separate. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and has a flat screen TV, internet access and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and bathroom linen are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Access to the collective parking lot will allow you to park your car in the residence. Concerning the swimming pool, it will be open provided that sanitary conditions allow it.
