The inside of the house very clean. There were makings for s’mores. YUM!! House suited our needs very well. Owner was very quick with access to house and questions. There were many things we just didn’t have time to try out. Look forward to staying there again.

Loved everything about the house except the water pressure was lower than we are used to. Close to the marina. Great place for a group fishing trip. The kitchen had everything we needed. We only ate out once so it was very much appreciated. Would book again.

Very clean. Plenty of room. Well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the k-cup coffee maker. Too windy for a fire and s'mores but that is a nice touch.

Roomy Family Retreat

Very quiet neighborhood. House is excellent for large families. Kids would love the lower level bunk room. Their own bathroom too. Parents don’t have to share. Great location with short drive to State Park Marina and Orleans Trail Marina.

Yearly family lake trip

We have stayed here for many years and it's the perfect place for our family & grandchildren. Communication with the host is always prompt. The house is well stocked with a variety of incidentals, in case someone forgot something. We always utilize the large outside deck. The great room is perfect for playing board games and watching a movie together. We appreciate the host and attention to comfort.

Great place with gracious and thoughtful owner/manager

Pefect location three minutes away from the guide service. The owner accomodated my request for early check-in since I was driving up from Tampa. Furnished with extremely thoughful and well planned extras (condiments, oils, bottle waters, etc.,). We're planning to come back in October if you'll have us! Thanks

Great place to gather together

The property exceeded my expectations. We had a great time getting together in the dining area playing games and meeting in the living room for Bible study. I was located just a short distance from the swimming area. They provided a great deal more than I expected in the kitchen. The smores kit was an added perk. Sarah and Brian were great to work with. I would go back again.
