Welcome to our cottage in the heart of Greer's historic downtown. This vintage home includes a fully stocked kitchen, 3 queen size beds, a full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. There is a large front porch and the small private back yard is fenced-in. Dogs are welcome! Our quiet street is within a short walk to Greer's downtown shops, restaurants, and the Greer City Park. We love Greer and enjoy sharing our cottage with visitors.

Adorable Cottage

The house was very clean, & was thoughtfully supplied with everything we could need for our stay (minus meals). After sight-seeing in the nearby cute town, or after visiting friends, coming back to the cottage was so inviting & comforting. It was very easy to take care of while we were there bc everything is so well organized & anticipated. Holly was very quick & easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved this place! Thank you, Holly!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Holly has everything and then some ready for a relaxing trip. Everything is clean and organized. We are from Greer and enjoyed the info book she has not only on the cottage but the areas to visit with maps. We loved the short walk to Downtown and the Park. This little cottage and the host Holly deserve more than a 5-star review.

All the comforts of home

Clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable. Convenient to lots of fun things to do. You can eat in or visit one of many great nearby restaurants. This is a place to return to.

Loved the unexpected in Greer

I’d never been to Greer before this trip (had visited Greenville), so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was surprised to locate a VRBO. Not only did we find this one, but what a delight! It gave our young adults the space they needed, we were close to our events, & discovered charming, walkable Greer in the process. Being greeted by festive seasonal decorations was an extra bonus. Definitely recommend.

Beautifully updated home!

It was an easy walk downtown from this property, which is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. While we loved the restaurants in Greenville, the owners’ recommendations in Greer (especially Select and Wild Ace Pizza) were perfect for an easy meal. It’s a beautifully decorated, very comfortable home and the responsiveness from Holly and her husband Kevin when we needed to communicate was really excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Consistently a great place to stay!

This was our third stay at Holly’s cottage in Greer and the experience is consistently great! Easy access to dining and necessities on a quiet street with our dogs. We’ll be back!

Charming Cottage!

Highly recommend staying here! Holly does such a wonderful job of making you feel at home. She has thought of everything that you could possibly need. Greer is such a charming little town with great restaurants. We also explored Greenville, which was also wonderful. Would definitely come back and stay here to explore the area some more.

Perfect location in Greer, SC & Perfect Hosts

They hosts thought of everything you would need for a week-long stay! Our stay was not the vacation we had planned due to a medical emergency with my husband. Our adult children surprised us with their presence and stayed with us on the property. Host was wonderful, brought us fresh picked strawberries and flowers. We are coming back in September! Highly recommend A+++

Family fun in Greer

Consistent five star stays!

We stayed at Holly’s cottage again and it never fails! Anything you might need is there in abundance - from kitchen staples to extra towels or bedding to dog treats and bowls. So many food options nearby and you’re within walking distance to most of them - all while relaxing at a home base on a quiet street. We’ll be back!

Downtown gem!

We would give more than five stars for this cottage, if we could. The host provided snacks and water for our arrival, and all the supplies we wanted for the stay. It was an easy drive to the college we were visiting and to apple picking in Flatrock. We walked downtown with our dogs and around the neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay.

Charming property in excellent location

This house is a jewell, immaculate and well equipped. My 2 small dogs enjoyed the back yard. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking, good water pressure, you can walk to downtown Greer with all its great shops and restaurants and to City Park. Greenville is an eaay drive, as are several state parks. I will definitely return.

Lovely home!

This home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Holly thought of everything, including water and snacks, and everything was clearly labeled so it was easy to feel at home in the house right away. We enjoyed walking to uptown Greer to shop and eat. We use VRBO frequently and this was one of the nicest properties for the price that we have stayed in.

Perfect Cottage

We had a wonderful 11 nights stay. The cottage had everything we needed and more. This is definitely one of our favorite rentals. The location is just right for taking a walk to the restaurants and shops, and the town park is a delight. We know the area fairly well but had not explored downtown Greer before. We loved the front porch and spent coffee time and cocktail time there most days. You cannot go wrong if you rent this home.

Perfect getaway in downtown Greer, SC

We had the best time here and Holly was so sweet and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the attention to detail and extra amenities were above and beyond. We celebrated our anniversary here and there was a beautiful floral arrangement there when we arrived. We brought our two dogs with us and we enjoyed the fenced in back yard with them. It was so nice to be so close to downtown Greer, we walked several times from the house to Main Street and Greer city park. We will definitely recommend this house and hope to visit again someday soon.

We stayed here last summer and really based our trip this summer on when this property was available. It is a perfect, clean place for our family and dogs and so convenient to downtown Greer. It is a safe area where many nearby homes have been remodeled. We love the fenced in yard for our dogs. The owner provides a snack bowl for guests and some water bottles, which are a nice added touch. My kids enjoyed some of the games provided. Thanks again for a great stay!

What an awesome cottage-HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I can't say enough about Holly and her wonderful little cottage in Greer. Upon walking in my expectations were exceeded tenfold as it is so beautifully appointed in every way, and very spacious. Holly is an attentive owner and host, and she checked in with me several times to ensure I had everything I needed. I will certainly stay here again as my business takes me back to Greer. It's a wonderful find and I highly recommend this property, which alone would be terrific, but when you add Holly into the mix the stay here becomes a delight in every way. This is a for-real review, and I stay in many VRBO properties on my personal and business travels. Thanks Holly-will see you again for sure. THANK YOU!

Welcome to our cottage! I used to live here when I worked at Greer Memorial Hospital as a nurse. I loved being able to walk to downtown Greer for dinner and shopping. I'd walk my dogs everyday in the neighborhood. I hope you enjoy staying at the cottage as much as I enjoyed living there.

The cottage is just a short walk to historic downtown Greer and a variety of dining options, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Greer City Park. There are many good restaurants within walking distance including: The Great Bay Oyster House, Select, Blue Ridge Brewing Company, Crate Restaurant and Wine Bar, L'Incanto, and Wild Ace Pizza and Pub, to name just a few. You can walk the historic streets of Greer Station and explore its boutiques offering designer fashions, homewares, vintage antiques, handmade jewelry, local crafts and more. Some of downtown Greer's shops include: The Galleries of Brian Brigham, Southern Sisters Boutique, The Shoppes on Trade, Talloni Shoe Salon, Southern Envy, Sweet Tea Station and Chelsea's Ladies Apparel and Urban Petals. Downtown Greer also offers culinary classes and concerts.
The cottage is also just 10 minutes from The GSP International airport and BMW, 20 minutes to downtown Greenville, and 25 minutes to downtown Spartanburg. The neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s).
Our street is normally quiet, but you may hear dogs barking and children playing in the during the day.
