Located in the center of historical Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, this space is walking distance to the cities finest restaurants, bars, nightlife, theaters, parks and the casino.
This brand new space was just rehabbed and renovated. With just two steps to enter and two more steps in the living area, this space is perfect for families as well as those who prefer not to climb stairs. A large and open condo, with refinished original hardwood flooring, custom live-edge built ins, a dramatic kitchen peninsula and comfortable leather furniture lend to a cozy at home feel. All new stainless appliances, bedding and decor offer a clean and sophisticated experience.
Safe, temperature controlled parking garage directly across the street from the condo with free space for bike lock up as well.

This is such a great spot for visiting OTR and walking distance to the banks. Rachel is amazing and easy to work with, great communicator! The space is perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great spot

The condo was at a good location close to everything, it was vey clean and the layout was great, the high ceilings gave it a unique charm. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Another great stay!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. Very clean, very helpful and quick when we needed help getting in due to our own mistake, and super comfortable beds. Will definitely book here again if staying in the area.

Girl's weekend!

My best friend and I stayed for a short getaway. We came to Cincy to see Dave Matthews. We had a blast exploring OTR. There's a brand new Tiki restaurant right at Ziegler park that is amazing!! The Cigar Store was perfect! Super clean and comfortable! It's also close to all the fun in OTR. Our host Rachel was quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in OTR

We really loved the apartment, super clean, very comfortable furniture and beds. We parked the car in the garage next door and walked everywhere. It's kind of on the edge of the Over the Rhine area, but was just a few blocks to the center of the action. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing spot downtown! it was within walking distance to a TON of things! The kids loved the fact that it was right across from a park as well!

Lovely and convenient

We loved our weekend stay! Apartment was charming, comfortable and very clean. Location was convenient to many good neighborhood restaurants and attractions. Our host was super helpful with suggestions and tips. Would return again in a heartbeat.

Love love love this property

My husband and I came down to Cincinnati for a weekend away and this was so fun! This location is close enough to downtown and other things to do in OTR- we walked everywhere! Communication with the host was easy and seamless, we cannot wait to stay again!

We had such a nice stay - a perfect place for us. Nice area and the parking garage is close and safe. It’s close to restaurants and shops, and the streetcar which was very convenient. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!!!

Great Property

This was a great experience for my whole family. That included my wife, myself, and two younger kids. The property is spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants and there is a park directly across the street. We will defiantly be staying here again

Great spot and space!

Stayed here with 3 friends and loved it! Really cool and clean place with huge king beds in each room that were extremely comfy! Great area to be able to walk around and grab a drink, breakfast, coffee or dinner! However, was still nice and quiet when we went to bed! Will be back

Perfect Place to Stay!

This is the perfect place to stay in Cincinnati. The outside is unique, and the inside is spacious and clean. Location is perfect - right in the heart of Cincinnati. From the start, Rachel was helpful and accommodating. The woman who delivered our takeout one night put it perfection - "you have a cool house."

Great Place to Stay

We loved the Cigar House to stay at for the week. It was so convenient, and close to parking. I love renovated buildings with exposed brick in homes. This place had old world charm but modern conveniences. I highly recommend this place to stay. Everything advertised was there. The place was clean. And, very enjoyable stay. Full kitchen was helpful for morning breakfasts so we could get started with our day's adventure. Barbara Laib

Awesome

Stayed here while visiting our son who attends Xavier University. Location made it easy to get anywhere pretty quickly. Enjoyed having some dining and snack options within walking distance. Nice to get him out of his dorm for a few days since they are so stuck in their rooms during Covid. Parking garage was very convenient and reasonable. Hope to book again in the future when we visit.

Taking daughter to University of Cincinnati to start college.

Fantastic place. Excellent location for traveling in and around the city. Had to pay to park so factor that in for expenses. The Ziegler garage is super close and was $10 each night. Very nice lit garage. The place itself is super clean and has plenty of room for two couples. Many restaurants within walking distance for the front door. We will stay again since my daughter just started her college career.
