This 25sq-m studio is situated on the 10th floor of the residence Belles-Challes, residence with lit and can accomodate up to 4 guests.
No smoking accommodation.
The sleeping arrangements
In the living room you'll find a sofa bed for 2 persons.
A sleeping area with a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed.
Please note that the top bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
At your disposal 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
The open plan kitchen
Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher.
The additionnal facilities
A TV in the living room.

There is a compulsory charge for outside or inside car park.

THE RESIDENCE BELLES CHALLES
It's located in the Charvet's village and it communicates with the LauziĂšres residence.
You can put on your skis at the entrance of the residence to access the "Vagere" chairlift or the "Transarc" gondola.
The covered car park "Le Charvet" (additional charges) is available at 50 meters as well as the stop bus.
The shuttles are free and they circulate every 20 minutes the winter and every hour in the summer.
All you need is at the bottom of the residence : the Tourism Office is around 40 meters, the supermarket around 50 meters and the medical center is at the ground-floor of the building.
You'll also reach the ESF ski school about 5 minutes' walk.
