This one bedroom condo has 2 private balconies where you can sit, relax, and gaze at the Spanish style courtyard with sparking pool or watch a beautiful sunset and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. At 700 square feet this one bedroom condo has a King size bed, Queen sofa sleeper, and a Twin roll-away, all of which will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and full bath, this condo should have everything you need to make your stay memorable. With the beach just steps out the front door, you truly get the best of both worlds.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.**

A 3 night minimum stay is required for holidays during the summer including Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, and July 4th.

Good price for locations. After renovations complete will be really nice but still nice overall.

Girls trip

Super nice place inside. The remodeled room is nice and cozy. Loved the big balconies. Sooooo close to the beach which was great. We tried to make pina coladas but the blender did not work. Maybe just update some of the kitchen accessories. We will stay here again.

Just ok

Check in was very easy and location is great! Plenty of parking. Condo was very dirty! Sand everywhere. I know it’s the beach but I have stayed at other places and they were sand free. Furniture needs updated. Every peice had a tear or hole in it. If furniture was updated and a deep cleaning done, it would be 5 stars.

Very close to Beach! But Kitchen had no supplies

We really loved the short walk to the beach and the new bathroom. But We had no instructions on how to enter the property, thankful there was somebody in the office with the keys. If it was after hours, we wouldn’t know what to do. No info on the listing. This property was recently renovated, and they skipped all the cupboards in the kitchen. They were dirty and dusty and old. Most dishes were old and dirty. We have stayed at numerous properties and this is the first one that had absolutely no salt, pepper, spices, tinfoil, baggies, paper towels, Kleenex, etc. There was absolutely nothing so if you rent this property, make sure you bring your entire kitchen! With all that said, the beach was lovely and there’s lots of restaurants within 2-3 miles.
